orochimaru is tobi think about it kabuto said he is his assistant and kabuto dont give a tin poop about tobi or his goals. im probably wrong but maybe i am right and yes oro was sealed but maybe not all of him

Stupid. If he's calling himself "his" assistant and refering to Tobi then it's just so Madara knows who Kabuto is associating with as Madara and Tobi no doubt know eachother...

i thought the same thing when kabuto said his assistant, i still thought Tobi = Madara last week but now im thinking like it cant be....Orochimaru is an excellent candidate because he started this whole gene/dna thing and also the picture of when madara wanted danzo's eye (shuisui) the back round looks JUST like Orochimaru's lab...it would make since too why he would call himself Madara to Sasuke in order to get on his good side as Sasuke's goal is to resurrect/avenge the uchia , and not to mention he "killed" Orochimaru so like what other way could he get his body without being on Sasuke's side.... Last thing that makes me think it COULD be him is look at how freakish Zetsu and "Tobi" are, just seems like only Orochimaru could make something like Zetsu lol ...Tobi even said he is a "shell" of his former self lol (snake skin)....oh AND tobi Sharigan dont go off, pure sign that he isnt real Uchia
