Oh no, I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with Dragon Ball Z, I loved Dragon Ball Z ( I grew up with that show ), but that particular series was just outright terrible ( most DBZ fans agree with me, they're glad that it isn't canon ). The only good things in GT were Super Saiyan 4 and the fights, but I just couldn't stand the storyline of it ( I gave GT a try and it gave me a headache, literally ). GT should be a prime example as to why a series shouldn't run for too long of a time, after you get to a certain point you barely have anything to write about anymore, the story becomes drawn out, and it becomes boring. As much as I'd like to see Naruto go on forever, I just know that it's not good for the story and could ruin the Naruto series's quality as result ( something I really don't want to happen, Naruto should be as crisp and high quality as possible and stay that way ).There's not a thing wrong with dragon ball z so what you talking bout? noooooooooooo. gt was like one giant filler. it wasnt in any way official. toriyama had nothing to do with it. a never ending naruto would be like dc and marvel comics, which are both just as good as when they started.
gt is a totally different series than the one created by toryama. the new movie is proof of that, and the battle of the gods series will be waaaaaayyyyyyyyyy better than dragon ball z. minus the voice that saysnext time on dragon ball z. they reallllllyyyyy need to get that guy back.
in fact they should have a whole series about the slutty psycho hinata from road to ninja.
edit: this will bring a ton of new fans which will then continue reading the series in hakipuuden, and the minato series, and the hashirama series, and the konohamaru series and sage of the six paths series, and the elder and younger son series, and the uchiha versus senju series. there is no reason naruto has to end for at least 50 years, there are plenty of series that could easily be just as interesting as part 1 and 2 if not way more. we need to work kishi like a dog.

Although that may be true, all good things must come to an end, besides, Naruto is showing some pretty telltale signs that It's ending, you have all of the strongest shinobi in one place fighting to save the world pretty much, after the war arc all that's left is Naruto becoming Hokage and Sasuke doing whatever the heck he wants to do with his life, after that there's not much that Kishi can touch on after this point that people would really care about.
