Most of the thread posted today is about sasuke getting the reningan well i dont think so and here are why and i hope the explanation am about make will answer some of your questions,if sasuke should get the reningan it would not be wise and i dont beleive he can even get it here is why:
1.just because sasuke has sharingan and is good does not mean he can posse the reningan he doesnt even know about the reningan.and just because sharingan can tranform into reningan deos not mean all of the uchiha clan had sharingan it did not mean all of them would have reningan,the only uchiha that had reningan were madara and tobi,nagato was given the reningan by tobi even itachi could not get the reningan and itachi is better than sasuke.even if tobi gives him the reningan he knows nothing about it.
2.those who posse the reningan,madara,tobi got their reningan when they surpassed the sharingan which took them years and experience for them to surpass the sharingan and got the reningan meanwhile sasuke as not even had enough experience yet and has not reached the level of surpassing the sharingan and he bearly survives battles
3.plus sasuke does not think when he figths its because of the people around him that he survives battles and he uses almost all his chakra anytime he figths,like he used up most of chakra when figthing diedara,with killer bee if it was not for karin sasuke would be dead,with itachi if it was not that itachi did not want to kill him he would have killed him because sasuke had no more chakra and sick itachi still had some,and also with the five kages if it was not for tobi sasuke would have being
killed.with all this i dont think he can get the reningan because all those who posse the reningan do not just use their powers anyhow just like the way sasuke is doing
if u remember tobi could not do any of the reningan powers because it takes a lot of chakra from the person,said by kakashi when they were figthing the six jinnurikin and tobi aproved of this meaning that to be reningan user u have to be smart,sharp and being wise to use your chakra something that sasuke lacks a lot because when he figths at the end he uses up all his chakra and will then be at the mercy of the opponent and also with all the powers sasuke has now,susano,amaterus,mankego sharingan and the justus he has learnt all together takes away a lot of chakra from sasuke and if he should now have the reningan sasuke is someone that always wants to use all the powers he has and reningan takes a lot of chakra so it would be at risk for him in his condition
again sasuke does not have the time to fully master the reningan because sasuke does not know anything about the reningan and at a time of war tobi wont have time to explain all its powers and potencial and if tobi gives sasuke the reningan out of the blue sasuke would be confused and it wont be of any advantage to sasuke because naruto knows more about the reningan than sasuke and its powers and how to counter it
with all this all am saying is that sasuke is not mentally,physically ready for the reningan maybe after the war but i douth if he would survive and live to posse the reningan
