All of those people excel at different things. Sasuke has his strong points and weak points. So does Orochimaru. Orochimaru hasn't shown the kind of intelligence in battle that Kakashi has.. I.e strategical abilitiy, breaking down jutsu with glances and forming plans. Sasuke has. I think (and this literally just occurred to me) that smart-intelligent is like math-physics. Physics is the application of math in the real world. There are people who are brilliant math students but struggle with physics because they lack the intelligence to deduce exactly how their mathematical knowledge should be applied to a physics problem. Intelligence is applied smarts, the ability to actually use what you know to help you in real life. I hope this makes sense

He's the only person capable of discerning a shadow clone from a real one through his natural skill from endless fighting. He's orchestrated and manipulated people over years and decades, something which requires high intelligence. Fast thinking strategies like covering Kyuubi in Susanno
In the knowledge part of intelligence he's as well studied or even more so than Tobirama

Don't get confused. Madara simply never had to bust out "strategies" Because he's mostly never on the defensive. He's never the underdog and usually defeats his opponents with his significant gap in skill

Knew all about Minato, Kushina and how their history
Mentioned and had knowledge on Hashirama , his dna and how it boost Uchiha abilities
Got a maxed score in History on his academy report card

Out foxed Danzo who spammed Izanagi, the ultimate uchiha Kinjutsu
Sasuke= genius stop hating

Those feats hardly comes under the department of intelligence.

You should throw in the fact that Sasuke invented and mastered Enton in less than a week.

Even a cry baby like Uchiha Obito showed better mastery over his newly awakened MS so there is nothing special about Sasuke here.
