Is anyone able to access the characters you unlock from NUNS3 onto Revolution?

I've unlocked all the characters from NUNS2 too NUNS3 before I got Revolution, But I still don't have all the characters, only a few of them plus the bonuses.

So do you have to grind Ryo to get the characters back?

Yep. A few of the Storm 3 DLC are a part of Revolution naturally (Naruto in Kimono, School Sage Mode, Kages with Kage Hat,) but yeah, you need to grind ryo.
