I think people just like to hate on Naruto and/or have unrealistic expectations about the namesake of a manga not coming out on top in the end. Naruto will definitely win in some way, shape or form. Naruto in terms of smartness >>> sasuke so far in war arc.

Figured out 3rd kage weakness.
Figured out jin obito weakness
Figured out kaguya's weakness although it wasn't a major weakness XD

Deceived kaguya 3 times with his clones.

Many more strategies made by naruto.

The odds have always been against Sasuke. They still are. Sasuke would make a much more suspenseful protagonist because of it. Since he is not, all we can do is wait.

I'm not sure why you fan boys (on both sides) sees this as a battle of power. It wasn't the first time and it isn't this time. There are no winning or losing against each other here. This is ALL about ending the CYCLE of hatred. Realize that BOTH brothers are against each other, not just one over the other. This is why they keep reincarnating, to destroy one another.

The problem is the two brothers not being able to set aside their differences...to come to a mutual understanding and agreement for the betterment of the world. This "battle" will see that this happens. N&S will come to mutual terms. There is no "I'm going to beat you within an inch of your life and make you agree with me".

If Naruto and Sasuke do not come to equal terms, this means that Ashur and Indra will never stop reincarnating to fight each other. N&S HAVE to be the ones to stop this and they both will.
