I don't know how someone thinks sasuke will win.

Naruto never defeated a single Rinnegan user alone. He required major help to defeat Nagato, both times. Both times Naruto fought Nagato, he lost but was saved by someone else. Obito was defeated by the Alliance, including Sasuke. Naruto also never even came close to defeating Madara, that was Black Zetsu and Kaguya. So all in all, Naruto has lost every single fight against Rinnegan users. Flying doesn't counter Chibaku Tensei, if Sasuke creates Naruto into a core then he cannot outrun it and he cannot destroy the core as it would be himself. (Though Sasuke won't do this because of plot.) Sasuke also has the 6 Tomoe Rinnegan which is superior to Madara/Nagato's. Sasuke's Shift ability can instantly kill anyone who aren't immortal, that includes Naruto. (Though again, plot won't allow it.) Rinnegan also grants the user the ability to use all the 5 elements, so Sasuke also has the 5 elements and the 9 Bijuu as his weapons. All in all, Sasuke has a better chance of winning at the moment, but plot requires that Naruto wins. ​
