I don't get these chakra levels

Even though logic can be applied here(since kaguya has both the juubi chakra and the chakra from everyone she's enslaved) it's bad writing. Especially when the juubi by itself was considered to be immeasurable.

That was definitely hyperbole, or maybe that referred to how the Juubi can take in Nature Energy to boost its strength, which is how it changed forms multiple times. Nature Energy is also truly infinite as its basically the planet itself.
