I don't get these chakra levels

Awhile back kurama said the juubi power was inmeasurable. And naruto tried to sense it and learned it didn't have a limit.

But now he saying kaguya chakra is higher than the juubi when he not to long before said the juubi power was inmeasurable.

So is kaguya chakra infinite omnipotent?

What's higher than immeasurable?

actually this is really obvious when you think about it.

the juubi was just by itself right? so the juubi was a big ball of chakra
then the juubi was put into madara
then madara grew the chakra tree and got more chakra from everyone in the world or country or whatever
then kaguya took over madara

so kaguya obviously has juubi chakra + tree chakra which is greater than just the juubi chakra. naruto wasn't sensing anything he was just applying basic logic
