The umbilical cord (if that was an umbilical cord) was suggested to be Karin's (not Sarada's). Suigetsu said "I think this was from when she (Karin) was born".

Im guessing with the theme of clones and genetics and whatever, that maybe Sarada is Sakura and Sasukes child (as it already showed Sakura pregnant and i doubt they will go down the whole abortion or miscarriage route) but then maybe there were complications with her birth so she wasnt born in a hospital and they asked Karin for help as uzumaki's have long life spans and she has her healing power or whatever so Sarada was given Karin's DNA and born outside of Konoha.
because Karin loves sasuke, so if she had a child with him she wouldnt ever give it up to Sakura or anyone else to raise since she is still alive.

I don't really think Suigetsu was using the word pimp as a slur. I'm not sure if you are a guy, but usually when other guys gloat about girls, and if a guy is called a pimp.

It usually means something legit, as in the term of being a ladies man, or a womanizer. Not really so good in the female side though lol...
