yes that's what Naruto thinks, but I doubt Kishimoto is gonna make Sasuke out to be so immoral if Sakura, Sarada and Sasuke are ever going to be depicted as a functional family. Sarada is definitely a test tube baby created by probably Karin by fusing her own DNA with Sasuke's (maybe she got a sperm sample somehow). The Shins are clones, it's a theme of this arc, and thus it's not a stretch to assume it applies to the mystery with Sarada's genetic origins.

He's selling it yes, but we don't know the whole truth and neither do the characters. I do believe Sarada is from Karin's DNA but I don't think Sasuke actually screwed Karin, maybe if this was published in a different magazine.

I don't think Kishi is trying to portray Sasuke as a cheater. I think something may have went down between Sakura, Karin, and Sasuke that they just aren't or cannot bring themselves to tell Sarada.

Like Sasuke may have knocked up Karin before marrying Sakura? Or maybe Karin's mad obsession with Sasuke led her use some stored away Sasuke DNA to impregnate herself and have his child when she learned he favored Sakura?

Or the theory that's been going around the base that maybe Sakura is simply unable to have children in which, as a favor to Sasuke, Karin offered to be a surrogate mother.

Honestly I'd find it hilarious is Sasuke really did **** Karin, but I just find it unlikely given how much the story is focusing on genetics and cloning as well as the fact that Sasuke is a main character in the 3rd most mainstream shonen in Japan.

Im just laughing because no said that Karin was the mother.
Suigetsu said that he think that the DNA was from when Karin was a child. (think's being the key word.
Naruto isn't known for his intellect, he'll believe anything.
The results suggested that the tested Dna was Sarada's own umbilical cord.
How Karin got that is unknown. Karin is a known theif of all thing concerning Sasuke, And with her chakra suppression techniques it wouldn't be surprising if she stole the cord somehow
