Someone mentioned that Mitsuki referenced the 'Sannin' a few times. Can someone confirm this?

I watched the entire episode.

In this episode? No he didn't and as far as I can recall he hasn't really referenced the Sannin(other episodes) except maybe his dad.

They may be referring to the Mitsuki background episode when he loses his memory. Orochimaru tells Mitsuki that he’s not an ordinary ninja and that he’s one of the Legendary Sannin.

I agree with the term better. Given the fact Kakashi said himself that he never managed to apply nature Transformation on his Rasengan.
