I think there's more to the Rinne Tensei than meets the eye, like it can be used in different ways. Think about it, the only 'body' Madara has now is the Edo form, yet when Nagato used it, he sent the souls back into their original, healed vessels.

At the bold, no.. if Tsunade would've died (which she honestly should have), there should have been an entire chapter dedicated to her, she's the Hokage.

If you think I want her to die merely to open up a Hokage seat, then you obviously only read half of my post.

Her being alive has no relevance, the only thing she could do better as a Hokage would probably be paperwork... which Naruto could honestly have a right hand man for.

And to be honest, the seat of Hokage should've been stripped from her after Pain, because she obviously couldn't protect the village, and without Naruto, Konoha wouldn't exist.. but this really isn't about that, so lets no get into it.

Her having pure nostalgic moments with Hashirama shouldn't have voided her death, unless Kishimoto plans to kill her off in front of Hashirama, causing a frenzy.

And where exactly does this giant Chakra pool come from..? I know in the Pain arc she was attending to almost everyone in the village, but she wasn't making a large difference, leading me to believe that her healing wasn't sufficing.
Tsunade's death would have been very good writing, as it made much sense at that given time. I don't think Tsunade could get a better death than that, Kishimoto passed up a good oppurtunity.

Though, I'll restate this... It's Kishimoto's Manga, and he does as he pleases.

Dying there would be good in some peoples eyes and not so good in others i.e mine.

I never said it was the sole reason but you brought it up and i think killing off a character just because people would think it would be a good chance for whoever to snatch hokage is just not cutting it.

Yes, her and hashirama having possible moments was a good reason IMO majority of people got to interact with their dead family members sensei's etc. I think it would be good for Tsunade and Hashirama to get some moments. Especially after Madara has such development between him and her in regards to her grandfather and her being a senju and so on.

Killing her off infront of Hashirama seems to be a bit farfetched especially at this point in time. It would be a bad death, worse than the first option people wanted. My guess is she is safe for the rest of this war. Considering she was in half not too long ago and all.

I don't know where it comes from. How do we conclude she was not making a large difference in healing the village? I don't think we can. Not because there were casualties. Even then she saved the dead bodies too which you know gave their souls bodies to return to via rinne tensei.

We'll see if he can top what you thought would have been a very good death. Maybe she isn't intended to die at all. You don't have to restate it i am well aware.

They all deserved to die! The "not doing so good" panel was PERFECT. It was quick, ominous and carried a lot of weight. Kishimoto nullified that perfect moment later by keeping them alive and bringing them back. That was the best opportunity to get rid of the awesome characters and he didn't take it. Now they're just awkward unnecessary baggage. Like Hinata and Kakashi after the Pain arc.

But since they're alive I'm looking forward to some character interactions with the previous hokage. Like Hiruzen seeing Onoki and being lik "what? you are still alive?" because IMO their generation of kages was the coolest.
