At the end of the series I seem him being 2nd to the Sage

Probably if Kishi didn't have Sasuke help revive the Kages. Now Kishi can make their power what ever he wants, Hashirama is sure to show us more of his ridiculous power, and Sarutobi will surely show us why he was once called the God of Shinobi. If anything they'll most likely make Naruto look weaker.

Of course he will look weaker against them, but Naruto still has a power up coming, plus he can still grow stronger.

The guy is still young, he has the potential to become greater than the Hokage if he gets the time to master his BM powers and learn more jutsu

I think he already surpassed Minato, but I doubt he'd surpass the SO6P especially since Kishi was inspired by DBZ. #JustSaying

Thought Goku would be the strongest and it's obvious that even he still isn't in that series.

Plus, that'd just make things too easy if he surpassed the SO6P...

I think minato is still stronger than naruto because he sealed the ninetails in naruto and he can unseal it as well which leaves naruto to sage mode and minato could handle sage mode because it is a jutsu of his master

It really is not possible for the Sage to be surpassed, he possessed both the true body of the Senju/Uzamaki & the true eyes of the Uchiha in the Rinnegan, on top of that he was host for the Juubi, & possessed the most over-powered weapons/enchanted items in the series, combine that with the fact that he could literally create & destroy at will & was clearly a genius as he created ninjutsu, I just don't see how Naruto could logically surpass him, maybe Naruto will reach a point where he can match the Sage, but I don't see how you surpass a character who literally created the Moon.shodaimeicon:
