Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Rat → Dog → Tiger fires a small fireball that erupts into a giant fire-storm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade. When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.
Two advantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1.
Well, it's pretty great, the wide spread across the ground gives the enemy hardship on evading by just moving left and right, seeing the fact the flames spread across pretty fast, it's diffuclt to avoid.
2.
When amplified, the abilites of the fire also further on allows many suiton techs, considerably, B rank or lower perhaps, depending on the water intensity can evaporate and leave behind a form of steam.
Two disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1.
It required a few hand seals, and the flawed traveling across the ground In a straight line also gives the enemy somewhat prediction on how to evade the tech, well not evade but counter attack it with a powerful suiton tech.

Well great on the battle field, if I can successfully peform the tech I can send a wide spread of fire on the ground, which in turn leaves the enemy difficult to avoid, if he by any chance goes airbourne, that would also leave him pretty vulrnable to attacks whilst in mid air, also some of the basics suiton techs can be countered by amplifying the tech with wind release. Or in other cases, methods of distraction can also be handy in the case, by simply catching your opponent off guard while distracting him, the likelihood of the jutsu hitting the enemy will increase.
How you would counter it:
Well to cancel the wide spread of flames this tech would be ideal according to my perception...

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
As my lovely Senpai explains and teaches me the basis of this tech, DS walks up to the middle of the field while thinking to himself "this tech, such intensity! Such power within the flames, all what I need" he gathers a huge amount of chakra while Peforming the needed hand seals Rat → Dog → Tiger and converts the chakra into fire, by inhaling a large fireball from his mouth which wide spreads across the battlefield managing to burn many obstacles within the paths of the flames.

Description: The user first stomps on the ground, using his fire chakra and making an underground tunnel from between themselves and the opponent. They then breathe out fire into the tunnel, causing the fire carry rock and other debris with it as it travels, melting them. With a single hand seal, the molten rock debris will erupt from the ground underneath the opponent, engulfing them and burning them alive.
Two advantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1.
Well as the hole is made, that can pretty much confuse the enemy since he'd know the hole is there, but he wouldn't know for what purpose exactly.
2.
Well, as I view things, I look at this jutsu as a great way for distraction, the tunnel lol, and immediatly erupting flames from it, including the molten rocks and all, the opponent should be burned severely. Also, the range is great.
Two disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1.
Well the fact is if the enemy sees the whole, he will obviously think the enemy is upto something, I mean, he wouldn't just stand there and look at the whole like its something special or such, and the enemy breathing fire out into the hole IMO is an obvious giveaway.

Great jutsu if combined with distraction, like a clone form instance or maybe a friend to fight against the enemy an pop out a hole from underneath him, so at this point he might not pay attention, and suddenly emerge large heat flame from the hole which burns the enemy severely, well ofc due to molted rocks and such. Evasion will also be diffuclt at this point.
How you would counter it:
As soon as the whole is created, I can use dron based tech, to break or lift piller from underneath it, casuing the hole in the ground to disperse.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
As DS is taught the tech and explained the basis lol, he gathers a great amount of chakra within his body and stomps the ground which creates a tunnel leading straight towards the enemy, he then gathers a considerable amount of Katon chakra within his lungs and expels a great amount of fire flames into the tunnel which flow accross melting multiple rocks in the process, and erupt from the ground onto the enemy in the form of molten rock debris, yeah, the opponent looks pretty messed up if the tech hits correctly.
