I personally like a good workout. Always feel better afterwards, even when sick.
Use nasal sprays if needed but don't overuse them (if it prevents a good night sleep). Stay warm, sweat and keep posting!
If you have ginger and honey- you can crush an inch or so of the ginger or cut in tiny pieces and boil it in a glass of water for a few minutes. Drain the liquid in the glass. Mix some honey in it and drink it up.
