I always wonder this about top 10

Because last time I checked top 10s weren't about fighting, but instead about being strong. And I'm pretty sure being the greatest medical ninja.. kind means your strong.

exactly. Itachi can take down Hashirama.. he can take down Madara also, but is he stronger then them? no. Same for many others.

Fighting is dependent on a scenario. Though prowess is not. But Medical ninjutsu holds high value in Naruto-verse only i guess.
