Kianto you're so weird with your battle locations. I vote Neji because Kankuro's technique is fully chakra control based. He's not that quick either. He can try to avoid Neji as much as he wants but Neji is fast and will corner him especially in the Colliseum. Kankuro has zero taijutsu ability so he'd be down for the count.
