I'm theorizing that this mysterious hyuuga has a kyuga clan transplant for yang. And that his ability will be parallel to Tobi's in a way.
So instead of absorbing chakra with gedo rods, he uses 8 trigram seal threads. Probably has the capability of using his clan's curse seal to his advantage too.

Well I said rinnegan nor tenseigan doesn't really count since it requires outsource clan but yeah it would make sense if this hyuga tobi is somehow related to Kaguya or Hamura ootsutski but then that would be problematic cause it's spoiler plus this filler made me an impression that it's only taking the route of focusing only the Hyuga clan and Konoha village since this tobi seemingly interested in.

Yep, no rinnegan or tenseigan.

Madara and Obito were using gedo without the rinnegan because they synced with the statue.
So the Hyuuga must have their own type of vessel. Like how Toneri was able to use the chakra vessel (green energy) before awakening the tenseigan.

Sorta but you're thinking the wrong way cause every clan have certain abilities. Uchiha are known for genjutsu and visual prowes while the Hyuga are known for controlling all 360 tenketsu/excelling chakra and blocking chakra point and destroy inner body. If the Hyuga acquires destructible capacity combining with their gentle fist or their 8-trigram with super enhanced chakra then they would arguable more op than the uchiha

Most dream fillers suck ass, only interesting is Karin dream and Tsunade with this Current Filler arc dream that has completely nothing to do with her but nevertheless it was quite interesting cause this is "What if" scenario and I'm enjoying it right now cause ( I'm a hyuga fan)
