could go either way...people cant say just because someones a uchiha that they will automatically win the fight. It depends on who is fighting who...how well they use their eyes how skilled they are the terrain all these have to be taken into consideration....
I do believe some of the hyuga clan could beat some of the uchihas...maybe not the ones alive now because they are op but if you were to take a normal uchiha and a normal hyuga...then yeah I believe it could go either way.

if the fight starts withing the range of 64 palms than itachi goes susanoo,given the fact that he has knowledge over hyuuga abilities.And he doesn't need to use amaterasu more times,yes hyuuga are known for the incredible taijutsu but not for their speed.Don't tell me neji can dodge amaterasu.He can do the 360 rotation but that is for less time that itachi can amaterasu.And the 359 vision is a great weakness to tsukyomi in my opinion.

very good points i guess it will have to be a disagreement except that in order to get caught in tsukyom you have to look directly in itachi's eyes and we know that the hyyuga's see look at the chakra pathway not the eyes when fighting and we do not know how long neji can use rotation or how many times he could be able to spam it like itachi spammed amaterasu when fighting sasuke

Itachi didn't have ems only ms so how many times can he use amaterasu if the hyuga is running like hell and lets see if he uses susano the hyuga can counter his almighty sword with rotation and how long can he keep it up without going blind or running out of chakra he also cant use his eye genjutsu because the hyuga's aren't focused on his eyes rather his chakra flow u r very knowledgeable but in just neji versus itachi i would go with neji because itachi only has MS not EMS(which only prevents blindness doesn't grant user infinite chakra) and if the fight starts out while itachi is in range of 64 palms it will be over b4 it begins

those are the only uchiha's besides Izunz i've ever seen that go way beyond the rest of the clan in terms of power and skill. We don't know if the hyuga clan has similar members beyond neji that are far skilled beyond the rest of there clan mates. basing an opinion that those uchiha members are stronger then all hyuga isn't really an fair statement.

Also stating that two members of one clan could wipe out another is not an accurate statement as well. Byakugan gives the hyuga a major advantage where as only certain members of the uchiha have acheived those eyes.

haha I would of loved to see a Byakugan vs Sharingan fight.

they aren't jinchuriki dont have the chakra and if that was the case how did shisui get raped for his eye by danzo and also ao survivved a fight with shisui and he also has a byukugan

The Uchiha are stronger overall but people using the example of Madara, Itachi and Sasuke are stupid, they are once in a generation geniuses, they don't represent the clan as a whole. In part one however, it was said by Kakashi that the Uchiha were the strongest in the village and the clan's reputation suggests they are stronger.

Like the Uchiha clan, the Hyuuga mastery of the byakugan would be a different stages, Neji was also a genius, all of the branch house wouldn't be able to see rotation or see as far as far as others, most of them certainly wouldn't be able to use 8 trigrams 64 palms, judging by Hiashi's reaction to Neji using it.

The Uchiha clans mastery of fire techniques and genjustu prowess is something most of the clan would have while techniques like rotation aren't, so as a clan the Uchiha are definitely stronger.
