That's not how it works. Gentle Fist inserts the Hyuga's chakra to destroy present chakra in the structure. However, when chakra is continuously being reapplied to the structure, Gentle Fist's ability to destroy chakra is nullified. The process is like this:tbh I didn't quite get it

Step 1: Dodai creates a wave of liquid rubber.
Step 2: Neji uses Gentle Fist to destroy the chakra in it.
Step 3: Dodai's chakra is constantly being applied, nullifying the Gentle Fist's chakra destroying ability.
Step 4: Repeat steps 2 - 3.
The Gentle Fist has only been shown to destroy chakra constructs that are not constantly being fueled with chakra, why? Because it would prove useless, and the Hyuga would simply remain in a cycle of reinserting chakra into a construct that's being refueled every instant.

^ Neji destroyed Kidomaru's webs because they weren't being fed more chakra, simply cycling the chakra implanted in them from the start. This is the same with Kisame's water prison.
Lol, I just wanted to throw a jab at you for that. Neji using a Hiashi sized rotation isn't baseless. I'll leave it at that, and allow Neji to have rotations of that size, either way as I stated prior rotation is useless here.
Lol, you're giving Neji's chakra feats it doesn't have. What is Neji's chakra shroud/shield Susano'o now? Pure chakra isn't holding up Dodai's rubber, that's literally baseless, and not supported by the manga what so ever. The reason rotation is able to reflect solid substances etc. is because of the incredibly fast momentum generated, Neji simply exuding his chakra around his body isn't doing anything against the waves of rubber Dodai will amass against him.
OBB will not destroy the rubber, I thought I already solidified this with the Gentle Fist not being able to destroy the liquid rubber constantly being fed chakra? This isn't different, as you already stated OBB is Gentle Fist (chakra destroying properties); this is no different literally it's the same case.
Rubber is compact like the human body, even more durable than so actually, if OBB couldn't destroy a mere white zetsu clone, nor fling it back a notable distance, it isn't doing anything to Dodai's rubber. Fact.

The fact that Neji even got tagged by a zetsu clone is disgraceful lol, honestly. A guy with near 360 degrees of vision, and who's much faster than simple zetsu clones. Then again, we can say he was caught because of the sheer numbers perhaps? If that's the case, then Neji is easily caught by Dodai, simply because as we've been discussing Dodai's ability to create massive AoE with his liquid rubber is equal to 30+ men, on top of the fact Dodai is able to control the liquid rubber.
Irrelevant now, since I just proved OBB isn't doing shit to Dodai's rubber based on the comparison of what it did to a Zetsu clone lol. Fodder Zetsu clones can get the jump on Neji, that's really embarrassing tbh.
Stamina clearly isn't a problem, I mean first off the dude is from the cloud! What notable ninja do you know from Kumogakure that has low chakra reserves? I mean the guy trained A & B, and was the 3rd's adviser/bodyguard. But based on feats, his stamina is up there, just being able to create that size of rubber in an instant

If anything the one who needs to worry about stamina is Neji. He hasn't shown great stamina feats.
Dodai vs Shino would be just as interesting as vs Neji. Idk who would win, I'd have to think about it. Dodai is much faster than Shino, but Shino's insects are in a league of their own, and Shino has a one shot technique. Dodai's unique defensives however, should allow him safety against the insects (being able to exude rubber through his pores, which could be used to both trap the insects, and act as a shield etc.).

Eh nah, Kimimaro is up there in my favorites, but he has nothing on Dodai. And nah he can't escape, because if Dodai encases him in a rubber ball, nothing in Kimimaro's arsenal can pierce through his rubber, literally nothing. If Kimimaro was faster than Dodai, or more reflexive he'd have a chance, but Dodai being better than Kimimaro in both speed, and reaction he stands no chance sadly.
Kimimaro gets suffocated by rubber.
I agree Hiashi stands a better chance (if his feats are better), but in the end it remains the same game. Dodai is just too much for the Hyugas.
