Are you stupid? Rotation completely destroys Sasuke's Taijutsu, and Ninjutsu attempts. Gentle Fist striking speed > Sasuke's reaction speed. He gets destroyed. Only with CM1/CM2 can he even think of hoping to defeat Neji, and that's on a whim. Scratch that, he loses. The other forms of Sasuke win.

Neji dominates Sasuke the first 2 fights and gets stomped into the ground for the rest. Anyone saying CS1 3T Sasuke loses to SRA Neji is bugging. With his precog and enhanced strength and speed at this level Neji isn't touching him with those sexy gentle hands. CS2 chidori rips through Kaiten and id argue that CS1 chidori can too. Shuriken jutsu to the blind spot, long range aoe fire style to keep him at bay if needed, Sasuke's got it. For the latter fights its as simple as catching him in a genjutsu.

Even though ppl don't like to hear it, we all know Neji lost due to plot. He could have killed Naruto two times over if he wanted too. He also wasn't even trying to use lethal force against Naruto as we all know jyuken can do. Lol he landed two hits in Kido and killed him.

SRA Neji vs CM2 Sasuke is debatable. Honestly, if you check out sasuke's limitations, the odds are in Neji's favor.
