Lmao it never did, do you read the manga anymore? He couldn't spin long enough like hiashi and the spikes were constant like rain. He deflected the juubi tail yet a single spike breaks rotation? Do you read what you type anymore?

Correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't Jugo overwhelm Neji with speed? It took a lightning armored AY just to dodge Jugo's attack, and Neji simply doesn't have the feats to match that speed
Also, does CM chakra counter 64 palms, if activated afterwards?:wut:

Round 1: Neji wins low-mid (unless beast transformtion counter-clockwise can match and disperse Kaiten rotation. Actually, Kiba should be able to dig underneath Kaiten, shouldn't he? Help!)
Round 2: Juugo wins (Juugo overpowers Neji with speed and power)
Round 3: Sai wins mid-low. (Mogu counters Kaiten, and beast imitation spam overwhelms Neji not by quantity but by size. Going against Kidomaru shows that he can handle a large amount of projectiles at once, but I doubt he can hold off large projectiles like Sai can create, and Neji can't spam Kaiten fast enough or long enough to destroy them all. Well, it really depends on the range. Neji wrecks at close range, as he is faster and more versatile then Sai. Sai wrecks at long range...)
Round 4: Neji wins mid-high dif (CQC fight, Asumas Hien will give him some trouble)
Round 5: Neji wins mid-low dif.
Round 6:Kakashi wins mid diff (Shunshin and Chidori destroy. Kaiten reaction feats aren't good enough to keep up with Shunshin.)

It's not exactly blunt force though. It rips the target in half. It just carries enough force to put a huge dent on a Rashomon gate. It's penetrative power, backed up by all it's force, in addition to it's counter rotation against Neji's rotation should be enough imo. Especially since dude's lack of spinning speed got exploited already.
Let's use common sense; when spinning a bottle cap, bey blade, glass bottle etc if it spins fast it spins longer, Life facts. In the image it shows neji for a fact deflecting multiple spikes till he couldn't spin anymore. Like literally in your face, what are you not seeing?

No, the spikes were like rain. None of kibas attacks is or compares to rain (constant non stop). Rotation deflects everything and knocks it away, it never gets a chance to keep touching rotation. Manga fact that has yet to be disproven. Juubi hand>>>>>>>>anything kiba in force, mass, size.

Nothing that implies he started to slow down, his rotation speed just wasn't fast enough.

You're not comprehending the fact that Kiba's attack is rotational, just like Neji's. Your statement is baseless until you can show me a single instance in the manga where Kaiten repelled another rotational attack moving in the opposite direction. What Kiba is essentially doing is putting brakes on Neji's rotation, with a counter rotation of his own. Garoga packed enough force to put a huge dent into a Rashomon gate back in part one. War-Arc Kiba can obviously do even better, and perform Garoga x2 with the addition of shadow clones. Nejis is toast.

Which can't necessarily be determined. If anything, they'd possibly cancel one another. Kiba's rotation is premeditated (as he prepares) so Neji would be full aware of which direction Kiba would be rotating. So, depending on Neji, it'll end either clash or compliment one another. Can't really say which would have the upper hand, so should just exclude both feats. At least that's my opinion on the outcome.

I agree with that. Although, with Akamaru and clones, Kiba could hit the rotation dome one at a time, Neji can't keep it up that long since according to Drae that's why it fails.
You act like raikage needed lightning armor to dodged it. He simply act it active when the attack came and he dodged it, Nothing suggests he needed it in order to dodge it.
Juugo Cm or not isn't blitzing someone who scored the same speed stat as Hebi sasuke

Agreed. If they both attack from opposite sides continuously than Neji would eventually fall prey. However, they can't afford any time lapse.
