Ringo can spam lightning from long range while Sai and neji hop on the same bird and once they get close enough, neji can just hop onto Diedaras bird. and if deiddara tries a mini explosion from close range

1. Neji can track it with byakugan
2.he will just rotate and it would kill deidara aswell as protect neji

Lightning has no feats that it would touch Deidara who was out-flying Ohnoki in the air, If Sai creates a bird for them to get on and follow Deidara has explosions that would avoid the lightning as they were avoiding Gaara's sand with ease and hit the incoming Sai, it would most likely be a battle of evasion that Deidara will win, Neji can't rotate on one of Sai's birds without hitting them as well so he's no use to defend against the bombs here.

A Shunshin + Air Palm while in mid-Shunshin flight should be able to tag Deidara before he can simultaneously summon his bird and fly away..

What do you mean? Don't forget Deidara was avoiding Team Gai without arms early in shippuden and was able to avoid Gaara's sand to get onto his bird as well as react to Sasuke in some instances. Neji's shunshin isn't all that impressive I doubt he'd be able to catch Deidara before he goes aerial.

Deidara dodged Sasuke shunshin from about 10m Neji is not a factor C3 solos

Nothing states it would blow the clay pouch off of Deidara when nothing was removed from Kisame when he was hit with it, Deidara won't be caught off guard here he'll retreat backwards to avoid being hit by the air-palm.

Neji's shunshin was equal to the base sasuke that blitz the fuq out of Deidara (fact), and in the war arc got even faster! Sai cannonly blitz the fuq out of deidara no difficulty! Sai's bomds and mini birds will make every deidara bomb explode prematurely. Neji has Hiashi feats so he could solo off bat with wall palm honestly.

Byakugan see's all attacks and when they will explode (cannon), sai with neji's help can power up his ink attacks (thanks to hinata feats).

C4 is completely useless seeing as it has a range that they will be out of (flight). Byakugan will see even better then the sharingan so it will be laughed at no dificulty!

C2 dragon is destroyed via wall palm instantly! wasting chakra at this point.

Literally everything he has is countered no difficulty. While he has no counter for the team.
