1-Who says that is from all his tenketsus?
Maybe the cloak forms around him in some other way.
The Hyuuga have special bodies.
Not just only Byakugan.
Their bodies allow them to expel chakra from every tenketsu in their bodies.
This is part of their kekkei genkai.

Boruto can't keep people from molding chakra. He can only **** up people organs since he can't target points.

1. Obviously when all the chakra have been emitted around his entire body to form a cloak, then it's safe to say that almost everyone can use all of their tenketsu therefore hyuga special kkg rendered useless.
2. No it's impossible to do so when you're in combat, everyone has their different bodies shape and heights even their clothes and their tool accessories makes it harder to see, plus how can you strike every chakra point when the opponent constantly moving.

I didnt say that he should hit chakra points. I said organs.
Kabuto could slice all sorts of parts in the body of his enemy with a scalpel, while in combat, without a Byakugan.
He had great knowledge about the body being a medic nin.

Byakugan is not essential to use gentle fist. It helps, but its not impossible to use it without.

It's cause chakra scalprel is deadly whenever Kabuto touch it can kill any body component so he just feel where to strike at, not the same case with the gentlefist when there are many organs which is hard where to strike

Yea thats the point, I'm not debunking my own statement, I stand by the facts that Bolt doesn't live up as the hyuga reputation.
It is essential where to strike at, without it, it will lose alot of effectivness, and it's impossible to hit all the tenketsu without the byakugan, Bolt is just gonna randomly strike to get atleast some luck.
