I will give this to Neji.He is very smart too and I don't think Shika has the power to finish off Neji.He can trap him but that's pretty much all.And Shika runs out of chakra easier than Neji.One hit from Neji and his shadow jutsus are useless.

Thats what I was thinking. Shikamaru would have a hard time trying to get his shadow through the one tiny blind spot of the byakugan.

Neji wins rather easily because even if he is caught and nealry pierced by those shadows I think by using Kaiten he can defend himself pretty well

As much as I like Shikamaru, I think he would lose.

Neji has the highest chance of winning because he´s also smart and doesn´t run out of chakra as easily as Shika does.

With prep though, Shika could have a chance.
