Sasuke will far stronger than what you've hypothesized.

He needs to keep up with Naruto who was capable of humiliating Madara (pre-Shinju) before using his full powers. Juubito will be nothing for Sharinnegan Sasuke.

People don't want to admit it, but this is the truth. Naruto didn't even need Bijuu Chakra Cloak to humiliate Madara. Madara was leagues above Juubito. EMS Sasuke could already cause problems for Juubito. Current Sasuke gives him literally no hope.

I love how people deny Sasuke's power, while he has the very doujutsu Madara is chasing after.
