Still has the Juubi Rinnnegan in his left eye; and can use any techs that involve the Rinnegan. Bar Gedo Rinne Tensei, or anything involving Outer Path

Has his Shunshin speed scaled to Biju Mode Naruto (Before BSM or Sage Power up); his reactions with Sharingan active are scaled to Madara before he absorbed Shinju

Juubito is after he gained control of the Juubi

Without any feats from Sasuke we have no idea how powerful Hagoromo's power up made him, so we'd have to rely on the stuff in the OP to determine this match, and from that, Juubito would still beat him.

Though since Sasuke seems to be on par with Naruto right now, he'd probably defeat Obito as well.
