You know how Madara used his Susanoo to help summon a meteor on the Shinobi Alliance?:

This may be foreshadowing Sasuke's ability to be able to use his Susanoo to help him create a Kirin ( when he gains more experience of course ) but on a way larger scale ( and maybe strike multiple times ), and it might be on a destructive scale comparable to Madara's meteor, giving him that destructive capability he needs to help be on par with Naruto. It could possibly also be used to use some of his other Enton jutsus on a larger scale.

Because Sasuke can channel Amaterasu from his Susanoo, he could use it to warm the clouds like in the Itachi fight, however he would do it much faster because of his mastery over Enton. You know how when a Jinchuriki becomes angered they begin to lose their senses, and when that happens their eyes begin to change to their Bijuu's?:

What I believe is that whenever the Rikudo will begin to have a sense of rage he will gain the Juubi's full eye ( corrupted Rinnegan ):

Judging from this, the Sage would have a reason to try to control the Juubi's power or even gain it's trust so that he wouldn't hurt his fellows or cause unneeded damage since the Juubi itself is a very destructive being. So he would enter his conscious and go through the same process that Naruto, Bee, and Yagura went through to take their Bijuu's chakra. Of course judging by how powerful the Rikudo Sennin was he would've obviously won ( especially if it's been theorized that he beat the Juubi without the Rinnegan ), and through separating the hate combined with the Juubi's chakra he would've unlocked a pure Rinnegan such as this one.:

Of course it was implied that the Rikudo Sennin was a Godlike being after he became a Jinchuriki, but this could mean a few things:

1. The people began to fear him because they knew he had the Juubi inside him ( he had a destructive god sealed inside of him, and it could possibly break out at any moment )

2. When he sealed the Juubi he started to gain it's abilities, and it's been hinted at that the Juubi can use ninjutsu when it made a handsign:

With his newfound power he would go around and cease all wars and teach Ninshu ( with the help of his Rinnegan ) and the way of peace, since you need power to change and have people follow you as stated by Madara as a kid or no one will listen to you.

Wow, thanks dude, I thought you were just going to dismantle my post and make me feel like a load of crap, but I guess it didn't turn out that way! I came up with an entire prediction of what I think the Rikudo's life was maybe like, from beginning to end, even though I'm not really sure if I want to post it as it's a little lengthy, but I guess when I feel like doing so.

Thank you, no doubt, the Bijū Temple is Rikūdo's Sanctuary, it makes perfect sense since it is a mobile sanctuary and is able to leave the Shinobi Lands to settle on remote isolated waters, also Turtle Island = Master Roshi's Sanctuary in DBZ Lol

Thank you, no doubt, the Bijū Temple is Rikūdo's Sanctuary, it makes perfect sense since it is a mobile sanctuary and is able to leave the Shinobi Lands to settle on remote isolated waters, also Turtle Island = Master Roshi's Sanctuary in DBZ Lol

And there's also a good possibility that he built it because there are many safety mechanism and features that were set in place just in case if someone wanted to try and control their Bijuu ( like I suspected him of trying to do with the Juubi ), and also the Rikudo decided that if he wasn't able to take the Juubi's power and the Juubi were to escape the seal then the Juubi would most likely be locked in that room.

The Rikudo Sennin is almost assuredly pure-hearted, and to make sure that great power doesn't fall in the wrong hands he most likely created both of these places that a Jinchuriki has to get through to be able to control their Jinchuriki, with the prerequisite being that you must be of a pure heart.

Maybe the Jinchuriki were meant to be the guardians of Earth and the protectors of peace, and this is just a test to see if you can make the cut?

If you do fail then your Bijuu will be locked inside the room until the next Jinchuriki is chosen.

If my theory is correct and what you've added on to it, then the Rikudo Sennin most likely built the temple to help uphold peace ( that is if the Elder Son didn't screw it all up ).

The riduoku sannin isn't uzimaki period. - The hell did I just read? Rikudou was a Sannin? And what's an uzimaki, some kind of period?

Rikudou awakened the Rinnegan after becoming the Jinchuriki of the Juubi, like how Naruto has whiskers, Gaara can manipulate sand, jinchuriki's eye's change into their bijuu's when under the influence of their chakra. So why not Rikudou?
