Catching the ice chunk i hold it passing it back and forth in my hands getting a feel for the bitter cold touch of it. My breath mists out and i breath slower saving energy. i meditate a long while getting the feel for cold and ice in my bones and muscles before answering.
Well, ice is made through the use of wind and water, is is actually a crystalline latice structure, of frozen water molecules. Its refraction of light is significant to say the least, and can functions as dependable mirrors. thick ice structures can support immense amounts of weight without giving in. Ice is surface resistance, a piercing type attack will work far better against it then a broad attack. Rubbing your nipples with it makes them hard (you said anything xd )
I foresee many ways i can use this element, such as: Changing the environment, causing frostbite or hypothermia in others, freezing tissues and muscles in ones body making that limb/section useless, creating ways to get around, protective barriers as like i said earlier, thick enough ice can endure alot. There are simply vast practicalities i see with this element.

These is Chakra Paper. they react to the 5 elements. When water chakra is applied, the leaf should become soaked with water. I want you to meditate on your water chakra while holding the leaf in you hand to ake it soak.

Now I know you've done this before, but you have never done it at the same time while trying to channel another element in the other hand.

Understood, before channeling the chakra i first calm my mind and concentrate on the two separate forces of wind and water based chakra inside of me. Holding the paper out after defining each chakra nature inside me i run my wind chakra down my right arm along with my water chakra down my left arm maddeningly slowly so they get transferred into the paper at the same time. As they reach the paper, the wind one cuts a fraction of a second before the other gets soaked. dissapointed i drop them to the ground, getting two more sheets. I concentrate again, separating the two chakra natures and using what i learned from the previous failure i run them faster down my arms, this time reaching the paper at the same moment soaking the one and cutting the other in half.

Now for your very first Ice Technique.
As this technique has multiple purposes, there are different ways to go about this. These will be our first few posts to get you used to replying.
Ok. So one of the first functions of Ice Release Technique is making simple small weapons.
1st. *Tosses you a kunai*
I want you to look at this kunai while holding it in your left hand, examine it thoroughly and try to use your hyouton chakra and shape manipulation to form an exact copy of it in your right hand.
2nd.
This is not the only weapon that you can form from this technique. You can also make staffs, small fans, and other objects. (You do not have to do this, it pretty much the same as forming an ice kunai except you shape manipulate it into that object.
3rd.
Making a pillar that has the same function as an Earth Style Technique Pillar. I want you to channel your chakra into the ground and try to force a small ice pillar to rise out of it. It is up to you whether you want the pillar to push you straight upwards, forwards, backwards, or even sideways.
4th.
Making it snow. Send your hyouton chakra into the air. Stir your chakra into the clouds, freezing the water within them and then make it snow all across the terrain. This part of the technique is handy as a terrain changer as well as allowing you to form your techniques from it which allows you to do it quicker and more efficiently (As long as it doesn't come from your body).
I would like you to use this template every time you reply to a technique.

Holding the kunai i study it thoughtfully understanding the dynamics of how the kunai is weighted, memorizing the weight committing it to memory i also view the shape itself, and how the planes of the kunai are shaped. With the entirety of the kunai memorized i utilize my ice chakra by channeling water and wind through right arm, and begin shaping and creating the kunai exactly as it lies in my other hand however formed from ice. Then running my chakra down into the ground i focus and create a frozen pillar of ice beneath me as i focus the ice chakra back up. As it raises me into the air i then focus and send my ice chakra into the sky, freezing the moisture within the clouds allowing snow to fall lazily around us.
Strong points
When creating weapons, i'd do so in short range so i can at least make physical contact freezing and locking muscles
i'd use this mostly in accordance to avoid pinpointed attacks so they can be avoided quickly with just slight movements
i'd use this to make the battlefield seem hazy and obscure any sneak attacks
Ways to counter:
they need to keep an eye on my hands, and prevent me from forming it completely, a surprise full body attack would work effectively
as the pillar arises the easiest way is to quake apart the pillar or make it so my escape paths are blocked
as stated in the weakness thing, just change the cloud formations with a jutsu, it would stop the continuation, in addition a strong fire jutsu would melt all the snow
Strong points
- The weapons created from the ice are sllightly stronger, carrying the affinity of ice, and can also cause internal damage due to the cold if they are hit, such as a kunai getting lodged into an opponent could freeze internal organs and various muscle tissues.
- The pillars are quite useful for transportation, and avoidance of opponents jutsu.
- The snow can make it harder to see for opponents, it also allows me to create ice jutsus quicker
- The weapons created are most likely ineffective against higher ranked jutsu of elements that are superior to them, causing them to break. in addition i believe a jutsu of mine such as nagashi would destroy them due to it being unfocused lightning
- the pillars aren't very large and therefore as an attack are less effective then when used to avoid jutsu
- the snow can be stopped via jutsu that alters the clouds

For your way to counter, unless it is your second or third move in a turn, they cannot stop you from making the ice, but can attack you only AFTER it is fully formed.

Channel Hyouton chakra into your mouth and spit out Ice needles that you will shape manipulate into swallows (birds). These birds are able to change direction in mid air, making the opponent unable to dodge them.

condensing moisture in my mouth and throat in the form of needles i use a chakra burst and send them flying from my mouth in mid air with my chakra still attached to the needles i use shape manipulation and transform them into swallows, that flap their wings and alter their course some flying higher to strike higher on the wall, some low and others to the sides.
Strong points
flock an opponent as a distraction so a less see-able stronger attack can do more damage since they won't be able to react quickly
Ways to counter:
a large area attack, can hit all of them and destroy them all

- Control the direction of attack
- its quite quick and forms quickly
- hard to hit by opponents due to small size
- small, minimal damage
- a wide range jutsu can destroy the multitude of birds
- they can't fly to long range

Ok, pumping my chakra into the air everywhere i begin shaping the chakra into the form of needles and use it to freeze the moisture that the chakra shaped needles are trapped in making needles of ice everywhere. running chakra over them i use it to send them towards the opponent from all over, having known where my chakra was and where i formed the needles, i jump back weaving as they sail past me towards my opponent.

Eyeing my opponent, i throw a kunai with an explosive tag to the right of him as i cause an ice pillar to rise up, and encase his legs up around his body leaving his front exposed, and entrapping his arms as well.

Hmm, its practically impossible to aim 1000 needles in a general area of the body. You are better off sticking to just trying to impale your opponent from all over, making them defend from all over instead of just one area.

Sweet. Now this is the jutsu I used to make you feel the cold while you were inside to help you describe ice to me. I want you to channel your chakra into the air around you, and use it to form a dome structure that surrounds you on all sides. Concentrate on the thickness of the dome, while making the technique transparent so that you can keep an eye on your enemy.

The ice, can i cloud ice to make it hard to see through?I concentrate my ice chakra in the air around your clone in a large radius, i then begin shaping the chakra into medium sized icicle spikes, which i cool the air forming the chakra into iceicle. I do this countless times rapidly forming icicle spikes until i form well over a thousand spikes. i quickly direct them towards the clone and jump back quickly avoiding the icicle spikes as they fly towards your clone from all directions.
Strong points
Block the opponents vision, then form the needles quickly letting them strike them whilst they are blind. I would also probably try to entrap their feet to keep them from moving.
Ways to counter:
Like i said previously shield type defenses are quite useful, as well as large radius fire or lightning jutsu
Strong points

- Flies in from all directions
- The icicle spikes are strong and are hard to avoid
- They can't form too close to the enemy thus shield type defenses are ideal
- The ice can be melted by a sufficient fire attack that covers a large radius

The user can also simply make a pack of wolves to attack the user without using the mountain, though the momentum they gain from their descent down a mountain makes the jutsu more effective.
Ok. I have a scenario for you. This technique, though you will still describe it like you have already done with other techniques, but with a change up.
The wolves from this technique gain a speed burst when running down a mountain.
I want you to find at least two techniques that you can use to make the mountain, then use the BEST one of them and make the Ice wolves run down it. I also want you to tell me the best way to go about this as well. And yes, all of the techniques I'm referring to are Cannon.
