Using Kagura bio in sig. Show me how far you've gotten since your rain test, and have fun ^^ After being followed for miles by a stranger unknown, Kagura finally turns around to confront this stranger at what seems to be a barren wasteland. Upset at another matter unassociated with this, Kagura begins to chuckle and clap his hands before breaking into a menacing laughter, all the while, the sneaky Uzumaki activates an invisible barrier that then expands to engulf most of the field as he talks.
It seems you want to die, *hmph*, very well then.
Kagura then swiftly lowers his stance while drawing his beloved Goddess in front of his body causing a massive pearly white mist to expel and encompass the entire battlefield, while the sword simultaneously pulls the water out of the atmosphere 10m above his opponent creating a massive 10m water beast that plunges down towards Sebastian like a wolf tidal wave from above.

Description: After clapping ones hands, this technique creates a spherical detection barrier above ground with the user at the center. At the user's command, the detection barrier can expand, grasping everything in the battle field. The user is able to detect anything that moves inside the barrier space with his or her own "sense".

Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns
While his opponent deals with his water wolf Kagura leaps forwards 5m while creating two shadow clones another 5m in front of him putting these entities at the edge of short range around his opponent. The Uzumaki smirks once again as he places his sword on his lap while taking a seat on the ground in an indian position. He then begins to draw in natural energy to his body.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

The person seemed quite frustrated. Sebastian was amused at this behavior and commented back
"Me? Dying? My, my, what have the humans come to nowadays?"
As soon as he spoke out the words, Sebastian saw a shadow like structure on the ground and noticed the entire place turning foggy. He jumped back a little and channeled raw chakra into his right palm and placed it diagonally upwards aiming at whatever was above. He then releases of the collected chakra in form of a wide ranged beam that hits the water immediately and brings downs the arm until it's parallel to the ground allowing the beam to even head straight towards the opponent and hit him. The said beam also clears the mist of the place in front of him allowing him to maintain a sight on his opponent.

Description: This is one of the basic but useful attacks of the Mandalore clan. The user holds up one or both of their hands showing a white hole in each palm. The palm releases out a blast of chakra various of damage, size, and power depending on rankof the technique. The palm can either release a blast, beam, or even a wide spread of chakra.
-S-Rank beam once used, there is a three turn cool down and can be used only three times.
-This technique is neutral to the basic elemental techniques of the same rank but of course it all depends on size also to be taken into account
D-Rank can be used up to Short range
C-Rank can be used up to Mid-range
B-S Rank can be used up to Long-range
As the beam was released, Sebastian performs the tiger hand seal and channels raw chakra above the place where the opponent is supposed to be there and divides the chakra equally over some distance. He then shape manipulates the chakra to take form of fifteen arrows that soon rain down, exploding when coming in contact with the ground. If the opponent is caught up in the explosions, he is sure to be injured.

Description: The user performs the tiger handseal and starts by concentrating their raw chakra into the air above the opponent. After this, they then use this chakra to form several golden arrows about ten meters above the target that shower upon the ground at the user's command. They will first pierce through the opponent and then finally explode in a small radius upon the area it dropped on This jutsu can't be performed short range of the user so as not to damage themselves.
Note: A maximum of fifteen arrows can be created

What it looks like :
The man releases what seems to be a beam like structure from the pit of his upward helt hand that shoots into the air and bursts through Kagura's water beast leaving nothing.
Ahhhhh, come on.*heh, heh*
The Uzumaki says as he continues forwards towards his 10m destination; spinning his sword in his hand as he does. This sword motion triggers yet another water jutsu 2m to the left of his opponent while simultaneously replenishing the fog that may have been disrupted above. The Leviathan would erect itself swiftly while closing the short gap between it and the opponent allowing it to swallow him whole into its bowels before Sebastian could lower his hand completely. Now trapped within the disorienting; raging currents, Sebastian would feel the affects of the Leviathan amplified as Kagura continues to spin the sword. His target was now trapped in what seemed to be a very large sphere of rotating water that begins to shred his target to pieces.

Description: The user performs 3 hand seals while focusing their water chakra into a given location on the battlefield creating a large supply of water underground. At the end of the third hand seal the user will manipulate the water to erupt from the earth in the form of a large serpent that then proceeds to swallow the target(s) whole within its body that is composed of raging water currents. From the time the beast fully erects from the earth, a process that is rather swift, it becomes sentient with the goal of swallowing every target that is within short range of the spot it rose from. Targets that leave short range of the eruption spot can escape the serpent's bite, but while inside short range they will be honed in on. Inside the opponent will become disoriented as they combat against the raging currents that has its way with their body as they are tossed around relentlessly although at this point the jutsu doesn't deal any damage. The water serpent has a length of 4m and a width and height of 2m, and its true ability happens after the water serpent has engulfed its targets into its body. The serpent will then rapidly coil around itself forming into a large sphere of water with a 3m diameter, and inside this sphere the raging water currents continue to circulate, but this time numerous portions of the water are compressed into miniature needles creating a trap of water that shreds the target apart with continuous exposure. The technique is nicknamed the red egg due to the extensive bleeding the target undergoes which shows as the water used for the technique becomes stained red. Two turns of constant exposure will leave the target with numerous cuts and at the risk of bleeding out if not treated in time while a full four turns will leave the opponent on the verge of death as they try to move their tattered body. The technique lasts for four turns making raiton techniques the best jutsu to follow up with due to how susceptible the water element is to the currents.

Description: After releasing a water jutsu the user will perform 2 handseals as they release there chakra into the water jutsu. In doing so, the user will increase the power and size of the water jutsu boosting any water jutsu by 25 damage points. By the increase in chakra the water gains more power as the wave of water increases in size and the power and speed of the water is increased.
Note: Can only use used on water the user or the users summon has created
