Hunger Games: Catching Fire

Has anyone seen it already? It's really good. It has action, romance, mystery an amazing twist and more! I difenitely recommand this movie!

I found it a bit odd that the man's plan came together so perfectly. The lightning is what really made me wonder. Now their heading to District 13, and District 12's been eleminated. I have to read the next book. Anything you liked about the movie? Please say so in spoiler tags for the people who has not seen it yet.

I thought the movie was great. A lot better than the first in my opinion, mainly because it focused on the mental stress that the first Hunger Games did to the characters; something most sequels don't translate well with. Now I haven't read the books, so my only real complaint is probably just isolated to me (and maybe others who didn't read the books), but I felt the ending was WAY to abrupt. It basically ended at the climax, with no falling action or resolution to ease into the ending. Again, I know the book probably ended rather abruptly too, and that its building up to the final act of the story, but it just felt rushed to me. We have ALL that time in the first two acts, focusing on the characters only, and then when we finally get into the Hunger Games it ends about as abruptly as the game began.

It was a great movie, they depicted everything in the book very clearly. I suggest you read the 3rd book, it's explosive and very interesting. FOr those who say the ending was to abrupt, it wasn't, the book ends the same way, but hey, that's what makes a good "preview" for the next movie

The second movie was way better than the first. More dramatic, entertaining, emotional and interesting. There were some moments when I felt like crying. Jennifer Lawrence was brilliant in the movie and really beautiful.
Some people complained that it was nothing like the book though....

I havent read the book in a while, but it did seem like it followed the book really closely.

As with any movie adaptation, the fans of the books will nitpick, what isnt the same.
