An extremely useful technique really, especially for sadist such as yourself. This lets you make the opponent experience being pierced anywhere on the body, including internal organs such as the Eyes to cause blindness in a single eye, the lungs to make it hard to breath, cut off a leg in order to make them loose balance. The organ/limb/body part is the only thing being cut, so the size of of slash/piercing depends on where you cut. You can make the cut smaller to target a more specific area, such as the frontal lobe of the Brain, or the Aorta. This also causes blood to spill out wherever you cut, including internal bleeding.
A Disadvantage is the No gen in the same turn, Reborn told me over Skype why this was so bad, it couldn't be layered with another technique to cause more pain. Also, the 3 hand-seals is a disadvantage too, unless you can do Genjutsu without hand-seals.

Hum, can I make more than one cut? Like, can I make him feel like I've slashed his skin all over?
Can I give him internal cuts? As in, pierce his heart but shown nothing on the skin? Or like, he opens his mouth and I cut him through the palate and into his brain.
Does he see a knife, or wind moving, or anything of the sort, or is it just a cut and the effects of the cut?
Can I cut his head and have him loose consciousness?

1) No :\ However, you can give him one, extended slice that affects all of the skin.
2) Yes, you can cut their internal organs without anything showing on the skin or any sign of being stabbed from the outside.
3) Cut and the affects of cuts.

Description: The user charges wind or lightning chakra on the hand. When the hand is pulled back, simulating a string of a bow being pulled, a concentrated wind arrow appears charged. Upon release, the arrow disappears to the eye of the opponent, but actually it turns into several sharper arrows, that travel just a little bit faster than a normal arrow, and hit the opponent's body several times in multiple places. Depending on the accuracy and weapon's mastery of the user, the arrows can hit random body points or specific nerves, arteries or organs, though easily traceable even to a first-tomoe sharingan, after creating the arrow, user can enlarge it with a second layer of chakra. Upon releasing, the Lightning/Wind will combine to maximize the piercing and speed abilities, being so that it is a combination of the two fastest and sharpest elements. The barrage of tiny arrows will increase it's range and speed drastically, while the arrows themselves will be drastically smaller and more piercing.
*Can only be used once every 4 turns, for a maximum of 2 times, given the chakra strain*
*Can't use Lightning or Wind Techniques above S rank in the next 2 turns*
Okay so, this technique is simply. As if you were holding an imaginary bow, you extend both your arms. Then, depending on your dominant eye, you charge elemental chakra on your hand (Wind or Lightning) and pull the arm back. This will materialize an arrow made entirely of either Wind or Lightning, and will act as a bow and arrow. You can direct it to your opponent and pierce him through. But when you do release the arrow, it will seemingly disappear. This is because the arrow will divide itself into several more arrows. You can have them hit specific parts of the body, depending on your accuracy, like the eyes, the arteries, the entire upper torso, etc. They can be generally well spread or condensed on a certain area.
Doing this, you'll employ the full 40 chakra on one element, and will only feel the restrictions set of that element. Otherwise, when you pull the arm back and the arrow is fully formed, you can charge a secondary element into the arrow, to complement the first one. So if you used lightning, you now use wind, if you used wind, you now use lightning. The resistance of the wind against the current of the lightning will collide with each other, yet your chakra will keep them co-existing. This will force the arrow to become leaner and sharper, with the vibrating power of lightning and the sharp power of wind, making the arrow much sharper and faster than wind or lightning. Afterwards it will act as I described.
areas pierced by lightning will be slightly numb, but wind will cut deeper. Combined, they're awesome.

Not after you shot it. It's one arrow and can be divided into several others, similar to Shuriken Shadow Clone technique on a single shuriken.

Pretty simple as well, you create a rod made out of raw chakra in your hand and throw it in the intended direction. You then multiply the rods. You can create a maximum of 35. These immobilize the opponent and pin him to an solid surface.
