Totsuka is more impressive, but humain path is more dangerous.
Totsuka don't kill, Orochiamaru was even able to escape it, and humain path is killing technique which has never failed, futher the user has more chance to suprize his ennemy.

Human Path.

Totsuka just seals whatever it touches into a genjutsu; there are get arounds as Oro proved. Human Path's ability to take your soul and send you "on" is incontrovertible. It comes with the added bonus that you learn whatever the target knows in an instant.

Was thinking the samething until tre mercer and ricardo brought up totsuka is more versatile and able to fight back to push back pressure. I personally prefer the path especially with S/T like SSama said then of course to simply rip the soul out without the need to activate another jutsu such as susanoo to use totsuka in the way itachi uses it but i think that is irrelevant against a susanoo or any avatar user anyway. So I guess ill go with totsuka simply because of attached susanoo

Human path if you have S/t, totsuka if you dont

But S/T Wouldn't work against avatars. It will always be in way unless it's kamui

Totsuka. Human path can be resisted and requires close range.

Sasuke can channel it through his susanoo as he can with all of his attacks
