HTc One V dialing problem

So I bought a HTC One V last January and it has been fine ever since. But earlier I tried to call someone and then something weird happened, it went on the call/dialing screen for a second, but then on the safe-lock modus. I tried to restart the phone, no use. I tried to call different numbers, the same problem. I'm currently in Austria and tried to call to the Netherlands, but that shouldn't be a problem as I used to be able to call from the UK and I have the international cone +31 in front of every phone number.

I hope someone can help me out, otherwise I have to buy a new phone, and money is running low at the moment>_>

It could be one of those fallacies that phones usually have, maybe getting another phone or being able to get the new one throughout your insurance.

Your phone might not be upto date I would check to make sure your running the latest firmware
