As soon as I see myself wrapped by the shurikens, I snap my right foot, letting a small blade come out from my heel, and quckly roundhouse kick Vergil's chest as he tries to come near me. it should cut your neck or chest, if you block it correctly, and knock you out of my way.

And as for the hit on the fox you would be right, except when you look at the technique it's weak spot is the center of the spin, at the very front (which I assume is where the nose is), so by hitting there I'm not getting hit by any claws.

A vacuum effect like space. It's displacing the air around where the slash happened, meaning there is no air in that space and it sucks things into it.

You do realize you're creating vaccums out of quick movements, right? It won't be a perfect vacuum, as it isn't a confined space, Air is allways moving, so you can suck, but explosions can still happen.

Sorry, won't work. Cause you were furthest away from me remember. Fox was inbetween us and I was in mid range to you, so you wouldn't be able to block the swing of my sword.
