Awww, okay. D: Thought it was strangle. I'm not sure how you crush it.
*I squat once more, digging from behind me for a flash bomb. With my left hand, I toss it behind me, and then immediately bring my hands together to form the Rat Sign. I then push chakra into my shadow once more, extending it, shaping the end of it into a hand. I feel my shadow extend due to my excess chakra and the flash bomb and then as it nears your clone, with some effort, I push my shadow off the ground, and like b-slapping someone, I cause the hand I formed to slam onto your clone, poofing it.* .-. Like dat?

First start by throwing a smoke bomb at the training dummy. Then as the smoke is all around the dummy extend your shadow and connect it with the dummy's. Next make another hand seal and have your shadow come up all around the dummy completely.

*I begin by squatting for a moment, and then digging into my ninja pouch for a smoke bomb. I then toss the smoke bomb with my left hand onto the dummy, watching the smoke embrace then wooden-ness, xD, and then form the Rat sign with both hands simultaneously. I then pour chakra into my shadow once again, stretching it towards the dummy, carefully manipulating it to wrap around the entire vicinity of the smoke bomb. Then, with an extra emphasis, I squeeze the smoke around the dummy. Bam! Poof!*

After your shadow surrounds the dummy focus more chakra and compress the shadow surrounding the dummy until it looks like the dummy have a shadow suit on.

Then, as the smoke envelopes the dummy, I squat, forming the Rat sign, pouring excess chakra into my shadow, and in the same manner as every learned jutsu before, I send it out before me and wrap my shadow around the smoke around the dummy.
Then with an extra emphasis, I squeeze all the smoke together, making sure my shadows are centered on the dummy. Poof!*

However, this time, I divide my chakra, separating it evenly within my shadow so that I break it into multiple parts, becoming tendrils as they do so. O:*

When the tendrils come up they disappear back into the ground.
Try adding more chakra to your shadow and then when making the tendrils add chakra to them and around them to keep their shape.

*I squat and form the Rat Sign again, pushing chakra into my Shadow and forcing it out from me. I then, with extreme concentration break apart my shadows into tendrils, sending more chakra out as a sort of "boundary" to contain them, striving to keep their shape.* O: How's that?

*Still in point concentration, I then push more chakra into the tendrils and lift them from the ground, still keeping them very steady. Then, with an extra emphasis, I direct them at your clone, stabbing with the tendrils on the most vital parts of his body...say like the heart, the brain, and the stomach. *
