I start with the the dummy's left hand ,with good concentration and accuracy i poke(hit)(10x) ,the dummy's left hand with my both hands but doing it simulteanously and then i go over to the right and with my both hands i did the same(10x), and with my both hands i poke(hit )the dummys stomach(4x) and goes over to his left laps poking it (10x)with my both hands but did it simulteanously ,and does the same to the right lap(10x),then finally goes back to the stomach poking (hit) it (20x) with my both hands simulteanously, but did not touch the heart.

This isn't particularly useful against elemental attacks except maybe earth. It's better for things like deflecting many kunai/shuriken, things like that.

Channels out my chakra through my palms but manipulating it be inform of thin line but very sharp.so as soon as u throw the kunai ,i blocked/knocked it away using the thin sharp chakra line from my right hand/palm

So i use my right hand(still has the sharp chakra line) to knock away the first kunai on my left and my left to knock away the first on my right immediately.i follow it up using my right to deflect the second kunai on my left and using my left to also deflect the second one on my right and finally using my right to knock away the last one on my center
(i didnt waste any seconds(time) following it up)

With great flexibility,i use my right hand to knock away the 4 shurikens(bcos the are in a straight line) comming at me from the right and at thesame time knocking away ones from the left with my left hand (also in a straight line) ,then without wasteing a sec,with both hands i knock away the remaining 2 comming from the center(one hand for each one)

I start with my right hand and used to deflect 10 on the right and continued with my left to deflect 10 on left but did it simulteanously,and both for 5 from the center and i continued by using my left to deflect more 10 from the left and my right to deflect 10 from the right and both for another 5 from the center(sec wave)

So i start building up huge chakra then channels in into both palms,the aiming at the set of dummies,i focus/pushe out the chakra in my left palms to blow away the dummy 1 and at thesame time focus/pushe out the the chakra in my right palm to blow away dummy 4 and then again i focus/push out the remaining chakra in my left palm to blow away dummy 3
Finally i focus/push out the remaining chakra in my right palm to blow away dummy 2.
(i did all moves simulteanously and at high speed and No delay)
