I Sprint to the dummy and takes my
stance
I start again with the the dummy's left
hand ,with good concentration and
accuracy i poke(hit)(20x) ,the
dummy's left hand with my both
hands but doing it simulteanously and
then i go over to the right and with my
both hands i did the same(20x), and
with my both hands i poke(hit )the
dummys stomach(20x) and goes over
to his left laps poking it (20x)with my
both hands but did it
simulteanously ,and does the same to
the right lap(20x),then finally goes
back to the stomach poking (hit) it
(28x) with my both hands
simulteanously and again i did not touch the
dummys
heart.
