Yes, when you feel good with that you may disperse him as well.
The last snake to summon is the King of Snakes: Manda.
However, I will not summon him here and won't teach you to summon him either, as he's quite grumpy and would likely just try to eat us both O_O (Also known as the rule that boss summonings can only be summoned by cannon characters. So only Orochimaru or Sasuke characters can summon Manda xd)
But that's not everything I have to teach you.
There are also two jutsu that go along with learning snake summonings.
The first is the Hidden Shadow Snake Hands jutsu.
(Senei Jashu) - Hidden Shadow Snake Hands
Rank: C
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:N/A
Description: Senei Jashu is a Ninjutsu technique that manifests a snake, which extends from the sleeve. The ninja can extend these snakes to attack a target. Once extended the snake can bite into the target to hold and bind them.
Note: Must be able to summon snakes
For this one, you focus your chakra much the same as for summoning, but this doesn't need any handsigns and isn't considered an actual summoning. You'll make a snake appear out of your sleeve to bite and/or bind your opponent.
