So the Hozuki clan was associated with the Village Hidden in the Mist. Notable members were the 2nd Mizukage, member of Taka Suigetsu and Mangetsu, who was a part of the 7 Swordsman of the Mist. They're clan has the ability to convert their physical forms into water through the Hydrification Technique and in the anime at least they were weak to lightning techniques, however I cannot see that weakness within the Hozuki information for the RP and the site.
