Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

Sado walked into the room scratching his head with his right hand like a man who had forgotten something important. His eyes narrowed slightly as he saw the Hyuuga activate his byakugan and drop his leg weights. From this point onward Sado began to do two things all throughout his next actions first he avoided direct eye contact instead looking at the shoulders, chest and neck of Desmond to gain an understanding of the his movements. Next he began to passively and constantly perform the diagnosis skill upon himself to keep a check on whether or not he has or would have fallen under a genjutsu.
After setting up these actions, he did as Desmond had and dropped his leg weights while in unison performing an unorthodox handseal slamming them down towards the ground.
So training spar, right?
He spoke quickly trying to gain an understanding of this fight and what it was supposed to be while in unison filling the room completely with a orange poison mist. It was ethereal and intangible making it possible to be seen through just natural vision. This poison mist quickly replaced the air in the room with something Sado could breathe, but Desmond would not be able to.
His voice didn't really hold malice, and he seemed to be just trying to gauge the situation the technique he used had a potential lethality to it but was an easy thing to counter. He was starting out by testing his opponent to gain an understanding of his style.

Description: A technique based off of the Kirigakure no Jutsu. The user will do an unorthodox handseal (slamming both clenched fists together, palms facing down) and releases his chakra throughout the atmosphere. This chakra will copy a poison in the users possession and produce it in the atmosphere through the users chakra and the moisture all around. This creates a plethora of poison mist that very quickly fills up the area. It not only blocks off the view of the opponent, but also surrounds them by a dense poison mist which, if absorbed through the skin or breathed, is then used to drain the opponents chakra and health.
Name Of Poison: (Batto no kage) - Shadow of the Bat Creator: Howard Type: Neurological, Muscular, Respiratory Ingredients and Background: Fear can have crippling effects on a person, it can leave them frozen unable to move, think or act. It can force them to see things, hear things, feel things that just aren't there. Anxiety, paranoia, and panic can force a person to waver or to simply give up, the poison itself revolves around the ability to weaponize fear in people. Shadow of the Bat is a poison that creates the emotional response of fear for those exposed to it. It forces them to see, smell, hear, feel, and taste their deepest darkest fear in great detail and at times to a crippling extent. A lot like the application of Killing Intent but physically so done through poison not chakra. Most of the ingredients manipulate the brain and the mind through something more tangible than genjutsu more deadly and more real causing it to create and send synapses. Some even force the brain to produce chemicals forcefully and without mental consent from the poisoned individual like dopamine.
Shadow of the Bat is a deep smokey orange poison that comes in two forms an orange liquid and an orange gas surrounded in a smokey black aura-like outline. While in it's liquid form it has two constituencies dense and sticky like tar, or light and watery like water. The first consistency is sticky to the touch and will stick to anything it comes into contact with for long periods of time drying out slowly and hardening. When in contact with the skin it breaks down the lipid bilayer passing right on through and entering the blood stream and then bypassing the blood brain barrier for fast and rapid effects. While in it's gaseous state it has a slightly earthy smell like petrichor due to the herbs found in the poison, when inhaled it has an almost cinnamon-like taste if ingested while liquid it has this same taste but no discernible smell. It's base is Dihydroxyphenylalanine an amino acid that is made and used as part of the normal biology of humans it is the precursor to Dopamine in the brain, Carbogen a mixture of thirty percent Carbon Dioxide and seventy percent oxygen, Corticotropin a peptide hormone and a neurotransmitter, Deadly Nightshade (Atropa Belladonna), Conium (aka Hemlock) both ground into a fine syrup, and Irukandji venom. All ingredients that induce; fear, anxiety, paranoia, panic and straight up terror. Each do this in their own way and have specific effects that end up compounding together to create the over all reaction that the poison causes.
Howard is immune to these effects and the poison itself and due to the oxygen found in it he can breathe it as if it were normal air, and even drink it in it's liquid form if he so desires. It is applied to all of his ninja tools and weapons as well as in a small vial around his neck for poison jutsu usage as well as being sealed in his Medical Summoning Scroll. This poison can also be applied to the fingernails to augment taijutsu usage through fingerjabs and the like and teeth for more animalistic applications akin to the injection abilities of a snake through bites.
Description of Effects:
First the hallucinogens Dihydroxyphenylalanine which also allows the body to produce extra dopamine, Atropa belladonna, and Hemlock. These three together create very vivid and very surreal hallucinations as soon as they become active on the opponent. They induce a mental reaction wherein the brain itself brings out it's most base, deepest, darkest fear bringing it to life through various hallucinations with aspects of visual, auditory, and even smell and taste stimuli. The brain creates these sensations by stimulating the parts of the brain related to these sensations. These hallucinations can easily be mistaken for genjutsu as they have a similar application and even seem to be in a similar vein as it but isn't a genjutsu. The hallucinations will seem real, the opponent will be able to, see, smell, hear and taste the object if the situation arises. They can actively interact with the opponent but aren't tangible in the sense that they have physical substance. This can make distinguishing reality nearly impossible making it difficult to fight. To anyone seeing the poisoned person react to these sensations they would merely seem crazy or delusional. These can range from small changes to what the poisoned individual sees to extreme world altering changes.
Inhalation, Consumption or Injection: The hallucinations begin immediately after inhalation, consumption or injection beginning in the same turn.
Skin contact or a wound: The hallucinations are slightly slower starting one turn after being poisoned in this manner.
Next the fear creators, Carbogen, Irukandji venom, and Corticotropin Corticotropin is a peptide hormone and neurotransmitter involved in the stress response. In such a high dose it creates an intense stress on the body making the body feel as if it were under severe physical and mental stress. Carbogen makes them feel as if they are suffocating unable to breathe which along with the Dihydroxyphenylalanine which becomes dopamine once the poison passes the blood brain barrier, floods the brain with dopamine usually dopamine makes you feel confident and happy but if it seeps into the wrong part of your brain, dopamine will arouse feelings of terror and dread. This is what happens, the brain is overtaken by this forced production of chemicals and the body responds with intense fear, fear that makes thinking harder and slows down the natural thought process. Irukandju venom just straight up creates feelings of dread and impending doom putting the effected person in a state similar to Killing Intent making rational thought impossible halving their reaction speed and making movement harder. When a summoning creature is exposed to the poison be they the wielders own creatures or an opponent's it makes them see their natural predator swarming around them much larger than they are and intimidating them excessively forcing the summoning creature to reverse summon or disperse.
Along with this intense fear the carbogen forces the poisoned being to feel as if they are always suffocating no matter what they do or how they react even mind clearing jutsu can't overcome this. This is an innate reaction that cannot be overcome no matter how hard the opponent tries to focus or look past it this is because when carbogen is inhaled, the increased level of carbon dioxide causes a perception, both psychological and physiological, of suffocation. The brain itself interprets an increase in blood carbon dioxide as a decrease in oxygen level, which would generally be the case under natural circumstances. Inhalation of carbogen causes the body to react as if it were not receiving sufficient oxygen: breathing quickens and deepens, heart rate increases, and cells release alkaline buffering agents to remove carbonic acid from the bloodstream as stated this is an innate bodily reaction something that can't be bypassed with thought, or any form of breathing exercises. The only way to bypass this is either a transfusion or nullifying and curing the poison and it's effects. This can also be done by removing the poison through normal means and nullifying the remainder. Additionally, normal shinobi are able to stop the spread of the poison by removing the afflicted limb/body part before the poison is able to spread, this won't apply if they inhale it nor if the wound isn't superficial on a limb or body part that cannot be removed. Nearly bleeding out and taking a Blood Replenishing Pill can have a similar effect as to a transfusion stopping this symptom but if exposed to the carbogen again the process just begins again.
Inhalation, Consumption or Injection: Fear is created immediately after inhalation, consumption or injection beginning in the same turn. This halves human reaction speeds due to the stress, anxiety, fear and panic that can at times feel crippling. If a summoning creature is exposed to the poison when the effects set in the intense fear forces them to reverse summon or disperse.
Skin contact or a wound: Fear sets in one turn after being poisoned in this manner it then halves human reaction speeds. For summoning creatures as soon as the fear sets in they reverse summon or disperse back to their homeland.
Finally the paralytics the Hemlock and Belladonna force the muscles to tense up becoming partially paralyzed. This eventually forces the muscle to begin to lock up completely which reduces the opponents speed halving it and limiting their reactions and tracking speed significantly. If undefended or not healed and nullified properly the untreated poison causes the person to become completely paralyzed unable to move their body locked in place as their muscles will not respond to the signals being sent to them. This eventually causes death due to the body being unable to inflate the lungs or move the diaphragm and bring oxygen into the body instigating physical suffocation and asphyxiation.
Inhalation, Consumption or Injection: Partial paralysis and muscle numbness begins immediately after inhalation, consumption or injection beginning in the same turn but doesn't cause any outward problems yet merely spreading from the point of contact. On the following turn the opponent's speed is halved as their muscles begin to lock up becoming unresponsive making movement harder and needing forceful action to move. Complete paralysis takes effect after two turns of not being treated (this means two turns after the poisoned person's speed is halved, the turn when speed is halved is counted as the first then there's a another turn where nothing new happens symptom wise) and leaves the opponent unable to move with a running speed of zero unable to perform hand seals, move their mouth, or lungs. This eventually ends in death by asphyxiation after three turns of being unable to breathe the only way to prolong a life past this point is Chakra CPR or nullifying the poison completely.

Desmond's muscles tensed a little as Sado walked into the room this tension eased a bit as Sado seemed to have forgotten why he summoned Desmond in the first place. He then noticed that Sado's eyes lowered and once he grabbed his leg weights Desmond knew the match was about to begin. Sado would drop the weights and slam both of his fists together, it was at this moment Desmond saw his chakra spike throughout his body and flow into the air around him gradually releasing some substance in the process. Knowing of Sado's medical training and view the discoloration of the air Desmond decided to use caution channeling his own chakra into the air creating a gale which would surge towards Sado's position.

. said, Desmond, as the gale kicked up sand creating a makeshift smoke screen blocking Sado's vision whilst attempting to hoping to blow him and his technique away.
Immediately after this Desmond would utilize his byakugan to maintain awareness of Sado's exact location and with his right hand would throw several senbon aimed for several of his important body points(all of them). This would be done in unison with Desmond biting his lower lip and placing his left hand on his right shoulder summoning Haunter to assist

Description: Haunter is the youngest child of Azrael's three children and has purple fur. Haunter is amongst the smallest of his kind coming in at 35cm tall. Due to this small size he likes to cause mischief whenever he can and tends to not listen at times. Unlike the majority of the Springhare, he was born not only with an affinity for Doton techniques, but also a modest capacity for Raiton techniques enabling him to use the latter up to and including C-ranks (canon).

As the wind surged outward toward him Sado released a fireball from his mouth, it traveled forward slightly and collided with the wind. This created a momentary clash that snuffed out the air while in unison sending an explosive force back upon Desmond. This force would throw anything back that Desmond had thrown. Sado continued to perform the diagnosis skill upon himself.
With this first action Sado performed a single hand seal and formed a shadow clone to his right. By this time the wind and sand had both died off but the poison continued to fill the room without pause. It moved back in encroaching upon the hyuuga while also over taking and replacing the natural air mixing with it replacing the natural air slowly with a mixture of oxygen and carbogen breathable to Sado, but not to others. It would begin to form all around the hyuuga and just touching the skin momentarily would be enough to poison him.
I'm not sure what I agreed to, having trouble remembering things lately.
Sado spoke with a genuine tone, he did seem confused but fell into a natural response pattern as if this was an everyday occurrence. For the most part muscle memory and his natural readiness lead his actions. He wasn't overly aggressive in any way, just slightly hazy. In unison to his speaking a second voice cut in calling out, a bit to Sado's right this voice was harsher and spoke with a more guttural tone.
This shit again? Which are you playing today the saint or the sinner? It's getting to be a bit tiresome.
By this point the entire area had cleared of obstructions beyond just the poison mist that continued to form allowing both Sado and the clone to see their opponent as the poison itself was semi-ethereal. The clone did as Sado already was and began to perform the diagnosis skill on himself and avoided direct eye contact as to combat against the chance of high level genjutsu usage. They both waited for the next attack or actions from the opponent.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

This is an innate reaction that cannot be overcome no matter how hard the opponent tries to focus or look past it this is because when carbogen is inhaled, the increased level of carbon dioxide causes a perception, both psychological and physiological, of suffocation. The brain itself interprets an increase in blood carbon dioxide as a decrease in oxygen level, which would generally be the case under natural circumstances. Inhalation of carbogen causes the body to react as if it were not receiving sufficient oxygen: breathing quickens and deepens, heart rate increases, and cells release alkaline buffering agents to remove carbonic acid from the bloodstream as stated this is an innate bodily reaction something that can't be bypassed with thought, or any form of breathing exercises. The only way to bypass this is either a transfusion or nullifying and curing the poison and it's effects. This can also be done by removing the poison through normal means and nullifying the remainder. Additionally, normal shinobi are able to stop the spread of the poison by removing the afflicted limb/body part before the poison is able to spread, this won't apply if they inhale it nor if the wound isn't superficial on a limb or body part that cannot be removed. Nearly bleeding out and taking a Blood Replenishing Pill can have a similar effect as to a transfusion stopping this symptom but if exposed to the carbogen again the process just begins again.
Inhalation, Consumption or Injection: Fear is created immediately after inhalation, consumption or injection beginning in the same turn. This halves human reaction speeds due to the stress, anxiety, fear and panic that can at times feel crippling. If a summoning creature is exposed to the poison when the effects set in the intense fear forces them to reverse summon or disperse.
Skin contact or a wound: Fear sets in one turn after being poisoned in this manner it then halves human reaction speeds. For summoning creatures as soon as the fear sets in they reverse summon or disperse back to their homeland.
Finally the paralytics the Hemlock and Belladonna force the muscles to tense up becoming partially paralyzed. This eventually forces the muscle to begin to lock up completely which reduces the opponents speed halving it and limiting their reactions and tracking speed significantly. If undefended or not healed and nullified properly the untreated poison causes the person to become completely paralyzed unable to move their body locked in place as their muscles will not respond to the signals being sent to them. This eventually causes death due to the body being unable to inflate the lungs or move the diaphragm and bring oxygen into the body instigating physical suffocation and asphyxiation.
Inhalation, Consumption or Injection: Partial paralysis and muscle numbness begins immediately after inhalation, consumption or injection beginning in the same turn but doesn't cause any outward problems yet merely spreading from the point of contact. On the following turn the opponent's speed is halved as their muscles begin to lock up becoming unresponsive making movement harder and needing forceful action to move. Complete paralysis takes effect after two turns of not being treated (this means two turns after the poisoned person's speed is halved, the turn when speed is halved is counted as the first then there's a another turn where nothing new happens symptom wise) and leaves the opponent unable to move with a running speed of zero unable to perform hand seals, move their mouth, or lungs. This eventually ends in death by asphyxiation after three turns of being unable to breathe the only way to prolong a life past this point is Chakra CPR or nullifying the poison completely.

Both Sado and the clone could hear Desmond through the walls and the poison mumbling.
His voice sounded to the two like it was full of fear and regret but had a strength to it like a man fighting it.

The power, the respect, the admiration and most of all the poison, these were your creations, I had no help in any of those. All you, do you remember? The years building up those creations the hard work, the time and effort the sweat, blood and rage. Carving out eyes in Konohagakure no Sato, tossing heads to the Kazekage in Sunagakure no Sato, tending to home, friends and family in Amegakure no Sato? You don't remember because you don't want to, you don't want to accept what and who you are, but-... you will, in time just like before.
Sado himself was slightly distracted by the clone's words tied up in the events around him and the words the clone spoke. It had access to subconscious memories that Sado himself didn't want to remember. The terrible, disgusting things he did over the years. He grew two wings upon his back and flew upward into the air about a meter while in unison flying forward toward Desmond he flew around the wall while in unison creating several small boosters upon his back neck and shoulders to evade if needed. This was a very quick process and Sado moved relatively fast.
He wasn't aiming to kill Desmond but holding back at this point would be disrespectful so he wasn't going to. In unison to these motions the clone noticed the fire as it traveled through the ground.
Hmmmpf.
He began to clap his hands in a sarcastic, smug way. One, two, three slow snide claps as if trying to mock both Sado and Desmond. With each clap a large wave of water was created as it washed downward into the hole rapidly cooling the magma and snuffing out the fire. It pushed the rocks back and held them off while in unison nullifying the remainder of the technique leaving both Sado and the clone unaffected.
The gas continued to pile up, Sado made sure to keep the consistency to a level that allowed it to be seen through. If the summoning creature was inside the gas allowing the poison to enter it's pores, or breathing it in it would be forced to disperse immediately.

Sado spoke out to Desmond curious to what the fears were, his tone was still kind and curious. His voice didn't hold malice like the clone's did. He seemed genuinely interested; Sado as he got closer performed two motions in unison one was a finger jab with his right hand right at Desmond's eye level. He extended his right hand outward slamming it towards the eyes with the potential to jab the eyes poking them hard and cutting or tearing at them with the fingernails. With this motion he released a dense cloud of poison from the fingertips and hand that was aimed to collide with Desmond's face entering his nose, mouth, eyes and touching the flesh and skin entering through the pores.
With his left hand he reached downward towards Desmond's hands in a semi-arcing motion with a downward swing and backhanded both of Desmond's left and right hand with enough force to knock both downward and diagonally away from his own body trying to break through and preemptively deflect a counter. These motions were timed almost in time with Desmond holding the hand seal and releasing fire into the ground giving him very little time to switch actions and counter. Obviously Sado timed it so he wouldn't be effected by the release of the fire technique.
Sado knew Desmond was a Hyuuga so he expected some Jyuuken and by knocking away his hands he believed he could negate a good portion of the potential of Jyuuken but with his speed and reactions he believed he could counter if Desmond tried something complex. He half expected a rotation as a defense and thus was prepared to release chakra from the boosters to rocket backward if need be. He also had the boosters upon his back that would allow him to evade if necessary and was watching the body to know Desmond's motions. Out of curiosity and an almost gross need to know what the boy was seeing, thinking and feeling Sado while in short range began to force the diagnosis skill upon him.
He knew he wouldn't be able to know exactly what he was thinking, but he could gain an understanding over his mind on a hormone and neurotransmitter level and from that deduce his emotional state. The chakra would tell Sado about the boy's vital signs, his mental state, his chakra flow etc. This was something he figured he could do but was unsure about if it would work every time without fail.
If it worked or not, Sado would immediately go back to using the skill upon himself to monitor for genjutsu.

Description: A member of Jugo's clan uses their Sage Transformation ability to form two fleshy bat-like wings on his back. These wings can sustain flight and can be sustained for an entire battle as long as he remains conscious. The wings can be used to attack the opponent directly using sharp hook like growths from their tips, these hooks are claw-like in nature. Like most of the Jugo clan's jutsu these can be sustained as long as he has enough chakra to do so. The user can create boosters on their back once per battle that last for three turns. The boosters can be used to avoid incoming techniques by quickly changing the user's trajectory and moving them out of the way just like the Jet Booster Jump technique. This can only be done thrice per battle and counts as a move each time but can be done in the same timeframe as another technique. The user flies at their current running speed.

Description: This technique is based heavily on a range of psychoactive drugs used in an effort to obtain information from subjects who are unable or unwilling to provide it otherwise. The user is able to produce a very potent cocktail of substances that can be administered one of two ways; through a gaseous cloud released from an orifice such as the mouth or nose of the user or created within Short - Mid range of the user with a short range radius or through a liquid that is produced from the skin of the user and injected into the opponent through wounds, cuts or finger-jabs.
To create the gas cloud outside of short range the user must perform the seal of confrontation otherwise they can release it from their body or create it in short range of their self without a seal. Next follows the ingredients of the poison and their subsequent symptoms. First, Midazolam; is a medication used for anesthesia, procedural sedation, trouble sleeping, and severe agitation. It works by inducing sleepiness, decreasing anxiety, and causing a loss of ability to create new memories it also has the effect of putting the poisoned individual into a calm, compliant state. Side effects can include a decrease in efforts to breathe, low blood pressure, and sleepiness causing the poisoned individual to show a visible decrease in their speed and reactions. Next, Sodium thiopental; is an ultra-short-acting barbiturate and has been used commonly in the induction phase of general anesthesia. Thiopental (Pentothal) is used in some places as a truth serum to weaken the resolve of a subject and make them more compliant to pressure as is Midazolam. The barbiturates as a class decrease higher cortical brain functioning. Because lying is more complex than telling the truth, suppression of the higher cortical functions leads to the uncovering of the truth. The drug makes a poisoned individual loquacious and cooperative with interrogators or even their opponent losing the ability to lie and gaining an uncontrollable urge to answer any question asked of them. This can not be used to make them perform actions, only answer questions that they know the answers to.
The neurological effects of the poison are instantaneous making the poisoned individual unable to lie, and they will respond to any question they are asked becoming compliant. They however can still fight and act against whatever they say but are stuck answering questions. This technique is very good for use on captured individuals but is also useful in battles as it can force an opponent to explain their tactics, their elements, their ninjutsu and even things as in depth as their own personality and history as well as what they know about their allies or others. The lowered heart rate, and blood pressure also decreases their speed, and rationality reducing both their running speed and their reaction speed (by three speed levels). This technique works in a similar way as does ( Dokushinjutsu ) - Mind Reading Technique with the questions being asked and answered almost subconsciously. Asking the right question can allow the user to understand what the opponents next move will be and provide them with a better capability of countering and defending against them as well as having them know the positions of their allies, their strategies or various other important information with it being taken directly without consent from the poisoned individual.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle, war, or conflict.
Note: Due to being created through the use of chakra the user is immune to their own variation of Truth Serum, but will not be immune to other users Truth Serum except Howard he's immune to all poisons created from this technique. Snakes or summoning creatures who can produce venom can create this with their own chakra just as a human can.
Note: Effects last until cured of the poison, however if injected the limb involved can be amputated quickly to negate the effects if breathed in, or injected into a non-superficial limb this point is moot.

Description: A technique based off of the Kirigakure no Jutsu. The user will do an unorthodox handseal (slamming both clenched fists together, palms facing down) and releases his chakra throughout the atmosphere. This chakra will copy a poison in the users possession and produce it in the atmosphere through the users chakra and the moisture all around. This creates a plethora of poison mist that very quickly fills up the area. It not only blocks off the view of the opponent, but also surrounds them by a dense poison mist which, if absorbed through the skin or breathed, is then used to drain the opponents chakra and health.

Ingredients and Background: Fear can have crippling effects on a person, it can leave them frozen unable to move, think or act. It can force them to see things, hear things, feel things that just aren't there. Anxiety, paranoia, and panic can force a person to waver or to simply give up, the poison itself revolves around the ability to weaponize fear in people. Shadow of the Bat is a poison that creates the emotional response of fear for those exposed to it. It forces them to see, smell, hear, feel, and taste their deepest darkest fear in great detail and at times to a crippling extent. A lot like the application of Killing Intent but physically so done through poison not chakra. Most of the ingredients manipulate the brain and the mind through something more tangible than genjutsu more deadly and more real causing it to create and send synapses. Some even force the brain to produce chemicals forcefully and without mental consent from the poisoned individual like dopamine.
Shadow of the Bat is a deep smokey orange poison that comes in two forms an orange liquid and an orange gas surrounded in a smokey black aura-like outline. While in it's liquid form it has two constituencies dense and sticky like tar, or light and watery like water. The first consistency is sticky to the touch and will stick to anything it comes into contact with for long periods of time drying out slowly and hardening. When in contact with the skin it breaks down the lipid bilayer passing right on through and entering the blood stream and then bypassing the blood brain barrier for fast and rapid effects. While in it's gaseous state it has a slightly earthy smell like petrichor due to the herbs found in the poison, when inhaled it has an almost cinnamon-like taste if ingested while liquid it has this same taste but no discernible smell. It's base is Dihydroxyphenylalanine an amino acid that is made and used as part of the normal biology of humans it is the precursor to Dopamine in the brain, Carbogen a mixture of thirty percent Carbon Dioxide and seventy percent oxygen, Corticotropin a peptide hormone and a neurotransmitter, Deadly Nightshade (Atropa Belladonna), Conium (aka Hemlock) both ground into a fine syrup, and Irukandji venom. All ingredients that induce; fear, anxiety, paranoia, panic and straight up terror. Each do this in their own way and have specific effects that end up compounding together to create the over all reaction that the poison causes.
Howard is immune to these effects and the poison itself and due to the oxygen found in it he can breathe it as if it were normal air, and even drink it in it's liquid form if he so desires. It is applied to all of his ninja tools and weapons as well as in a small vial around his neck for poison jutsu usage as well as being sealed in his Medical Summoning Scroll. This poison can also be applied to the fingernails to augment taijutsu usage through fingerjabs and the like and teeth for more animalistic applications akin to the injection abilities of a snake through bites.
Description of Effects:
First the hallucinogens Dihydroxyphenylalanine which also allows the body to produce extra dopamine, Atropa belladonna, and Hemlock. These three together create very vivid and very surreal hallucinations as soon as they become active on the opponent. They induce a mental reaction wherein the brain itself brings out it's most base, deepest, darkest fear bringing it to life through various hallucinations with aspects of visual, auditory, and even smell and taste stimuli. The brain creates these sensations by stimulating the parts of the brain related to these sensations. These hallucinations can easily be mistaken for genjutsu as they have a similar application and even seem to be in a similar vein as it but isn't a genjutsu. The hallucinations will seem real, the opponent will be able to, see, smell, hear and taste the object if the situation arises. They can actively interact with the opponent but aren't tangible in the sense that they have physical substance. This can make distinguishing reality nearly impossible making it difficult to fight. To anyone seeing the poisoned person react to these sensations they would merely seem crazy or delusional. These can range from small changes to what the poisoned individual sees to extreme world altering changes.

Next the fear creators, Carbogen, Irukandji venom, and Corticotropin Corticotropin is a peptide hormone and neurotransmitter involved in the stress response. In such a high dose it creates an intense stress on the body making the body feel as if it were under severe physical and mental stress. Carbogen makes them feel as if they are suffocating unable to breathe which along with the Dihydroxyphenylalanine which becomes dopamine once the poison passes the blood brain barrier, floods the brain with dopamine usually dopamine makes you feel confident and happy but if it seeps into the wrong part of your brain, dopamine will arouse feelings of terror and dread. This is what happens, the brain is overtaken by this forced production of chemicals and the body responds with intense fear, fear that makes thinking harder and slows down the natural thought process. Irukandju venom just straight up creates feelings of dread and impending doom putting the effected person in a state similar to Killing Intent making rational thought impossible halving their reaction speed and making movement harder. When a summoning creature is exposed to the poison be they the wielders own creatures or an opponent's it makes them see their natural predator swarming around them much larger than they are and intimidating them excessively forcing the summoning creature to reverse summon or disperse.
Along with this intense fear the carbogen forces the poisoned being to feel as if they are always suffocating no matter what they do or how they react even mind clearing jutsu can't overcome this. Inhalation of carbogen causes the body to react as if it were not receiving sufficient oxygen: breathing quickens and deepens, heart rate increases, and cells release alkaline buffering agents to remove carbonic acid from the bloodstream as stated this is an innate bodily reaction something that can't be bypassed with thought, or any form of breathing exercises. The only way to bypass this is either a transfusion or nullifying and curing the poison and it's effects. This can also be done by removing the poison through normal means and nullifying the remainder. Additionally, normal shinobi are able to stop the spread of the poison by removing the afflicted limb/body part before the poison is able to spread, this won't apply if they inhale it nor if the wound isn't superficial on a limb or body part that cannot be removed. Nearly bleeding out and taking a Blood Replenishing Pill can have a similar effect as to a transfusion stopping this symptom but if exposed to the carbogen again the process just begins again.
Inhalation, Consumption or Injection: Fear is created immediately after inhalation, consumption or injection beginning in the same turn. This halves human reaction speeds due to the stress, anxiety, fear and panic that can at times feel crippling. If a summoning creature is exposed to the poison when the effects set in the intense fear forces them to reverse summon or disperse.
Skin contact or a wound: Fear sets in one turn after being poisoned in this manner it then halves human reaction speeds. For summoning creatures as soon as the fear sets in they reverse summon or disperse back to their homeland.
Finally the paralytics the Hemlock and Belladonna force the muscles to tense up becoming partially paralyzed. This eventually forces the muscle to begin to lock up completely which reduces the opponents speed halving it and limiting their reactions and tracking speed significantly. If undefended or not healed and nullified properly the untreated poison causes the person to become completely paralyzed unable to move their body locked in place as their muscles will not respond to the signals being sent to them. This eventually causes death due to the body being unable to inflate the lungs or move the diaphragm and bring oxygen into the body instigating physical suffocation and asphyxiation.

Complete paralysis takes effect after two turns of not being treated (this means two turns after the poisoned person's speed is halved, the turn when speed is halved is counted as the first then there's a another turn where nothing new happens symptom wise) and leaves the opponent unable to move with a running speed of zero unable to perform hand seals, move their mouth, or lungs. This eventually ends in death by asphyxiation after three turns of being unable to breathe the only way to prolong a life past this point is Chakra CPR or nullifying the poison completely.

Sado was moving without thought, fluidly as if tapping into something he had once lost. His movements were quick and precise but he knew Hyuuga had Jyuuken getting into short range was stupid, but Sado was stupid. It was necessary but extremely stupid through the diagnosis skill that he had forced upon the boy he could gleam his chakra usage. He couldn't see it like a sharingan user or Hyuuga but he could feel it as a medical shinobi could, intuitively through the diagnosis skill. Huh, more useful than I thought.
As he spoke the counter happened Sado could diagnose the chakra being molded and used moreso the flow of chakra and a fraction of a second before it happened he knew it was going to blast out of every tenketsu One Body Blow he had seen it before used against his clone very recently. He knew what it did a second after the chakra began to create the force burst Sado acted. He released chakra from the jets on his back and blasted forward through the force wave as his fingers slammed into the Hyuuga's eyes blinding the Hyuuga as the poison on the nails entered the eyes it would probably burn and sting.
However there it was the counter blasting him in the face hard, rough and forceful, his first thought-... evad-.. push through it. It was painful, the force bursting against his body tearing through flesh and trying to push him away. The only thing that kept him in place was the momentum from the boosters holding him in place through it all. It was a give and take, but Sado had something an ace in the hole for this scenario and he knew it.
I am not throwing away-... my shot.
He pushed the words out, they were hard, harsh, guttural and they sloshed out of his mouth like blood half caught in his throat almost like a cough that was stuck there. As he said that he did three things in unison. First he used his free hand to grab his opponent's right hand bending and breaking it and holding it in such a way that Desmond couldn't move it. The wrist should snap effortlessly under the sheer weight and force Sado threw into this movement. Secondly he slammed the sharp wing-tips upon his wings both the right and left into his opponent's respective upper shoulders piercing deep into the deltoid and subscapularis muscles severing the muscles as with the skill and precision of a surgeon he continued by cutting the teres major and the upper, mid and lower trapezius muscles. This would force his opponent to lose complete control and movement of his own muscles and arms as they would be forced to hang there limply unable to be lifted unless healed. Finally the third and most important thing he did, was he healed the damage as it was happening to him in unison to his first technique. In unison to the momentum shift he was healing himself through the damage, through the pain in a way that made it so at the end of it all he stood in front of the Hyuuga unfazed by the damage he had forced upon him. As he lost flesh, or tissue it was replaced as the damage was negated as it happened nullifying it.
Sado was grinning now, as the bloodlust over took him the adrenaline had dulled the pain through most of it, but the healing had snuffed out the rest of it. What was this feeling? It was familiar like an old friend reaching out to hold his hand. He forcefully held the Hyuuga's right hand in a way in which it couldn't be moved or directed to attack in the way he was trying to.
HAHAHA! THERE IT IS!

The clone yelled as he merely jumped while in unison releasing chakra from his foot completely avoiding the incoming attack. He sounded giddy with glee as if proved right in his previous words. A snide smile across his face as he flipped through the air forward toward the two. He landed upon one of the walls looking down upon Sado and Desmond.
He assumed the summon would continue attacking but he was prepared for most things as he didn't exactly wish to fight directly more than happy to watch idly by as his creator fought through pain, and mental instability.
Oi, summon. I don't care where you are I don't care what you do.
But don't interrupt them or I will kill you.
The last few words were cold, empty and emotionless.

Description: A member of Jugo's clan uses their Sage Transformation ability to form two fleshy bat-like wings on his back. These wings can sustain flight and can be sustained for an entire battle as long as he remains conscious. The wings can be used to attack the opponent directly using sharp hook like growths from their tips, these hooks are claw-like in nature. Like most of the Jugo clan's jutsu these can be sustained as long as he has enough chakra to do so. The user can create boosters on their back once per battle that last for three turns. The boosters can be used to avoid incoming techniques by quickly changing the user's trajectory and moving them out of the way just like the Jet Booster Jump technique. This can only be done thrice per battle and counts as a move each time but can be done in the same timeframe as another technique. The user flies at their current running speed.

Description: Get Schwifty is an ability that allows a Sage Transformation clansmen to replace limbs, or appendages lost in battle and recover from similar severe damage such as crater-like wounds to the upper or lower body barring complete organ degeneration. The Sage Transformation clansman is able to produce muscle, flesh, nerves, bones and tendons but is unable to produce organs, however it can produce small amounts of organ tissue these cells only replace what was lost and cannot create different appendages ie; if an arm was lost and is being regenerated the user cannot produce a wing instead it has to be an arm with the same exact proportions and usability. They can also produce endothelial cells though to replace blood vessels that were severed or lost due to damage but are unable to replace the entire heart muscle itself if it is excessively damaged but can heal organs if they were merely bruised or harmed mildly they just cannot replace entire organs. This is based heavily on the ability that Juugo was shown to use that allowed him to enlarge his child sized body during his fight with A the Fourth Raikage. He was shown to be able to produce muscle, flesh, bone, tendons and nerves by entering a Complete Sage Transformation replacing the cells he had given to Sasuke to heal his wounds. The Sage Transformation clansmen can also reattach limbs by placing them against a wound and using this technique instead of growing an entirely new limb. This process is a lot like how a lizard can regrow a tail, or the African Spiny Mouse can regrow it's skin. The process is rather painful even though it is replacing what was lost and is able to break any genjutsu that can be broken through pain. This technique can be performed alongside most other Sage Transformation techniques happening in the same timeframe. By rejecting the new cells and providing them to a Curse Seal recipient or another Sage Transformation user the user is able to heal them in a similar fashion to healing their-self. This is because any Curse Seal user or Sage Transformation user is compatible with the Sage Transformation enzyme which grants the shape-shifting abilities.

Because of this, the heart rate and chakra frequency of both ninjas equalize and become in-sync in the areas surrounding their hearts. Upon doing this, any alteration between the chakra flow of one ninja will affect the other in the same manner. If one ninja dies, so does the other. These threads are unbreakable unless you use a strong cutting jutsu (A-Rank and above). The technique can also be used to keep an ally alive by sharing with him ones life-force and forcefully making his heart beat as it feeds off the users own heart. Sado first let go of Desmond's hand and snapped the fingers on his left hand to call his clone down. This was as the threads were created and went to connect to him he moved his right hand downward knowing the technique ( Iryō Ninjutsu: Chakra No Ito ) - Medical Technique: Chakra Threads from his medical training.
What he knew about it was that the threads could be cut relatively easily so while moving his right hand downward he sliced through the threads with a chakra scalpel. He didn't know if he was doing this to rub salt in the wounds or to prove a point but he did it all the same.
A draw. Okay. Heal, now.
The clone's eyes narrowed significantly as if he seemed pissed.
He jumped down from the wall and walked up to Desmond.
Again? You did a real number on this one. Training, ha.
He grunted the words as he diagnosed the patient. Severe muscle damage, lost eyes with damage to the cornea and eyeballs, a broken wrist and finally severe poisoning. The clone healed all the damage, first the wrist by pooling healing chakra into his right hand and hovering it over Desmond's hand. Then the shoulders, back and neck muscles as well as the gaping chest wound. He moved his right hand around the areas quickly healing them breaking the doton technique with his hand and healing.
He saved the eyes for last in unison the clone hovered his right hand over Desmond's eyes as he moved his left hand over Sado's chest wound healing that. With that the clone performed a final hand seal creating various water mosquitoes that sucked the poison out of Desmond.
Why even do that if you just wanted me to heal everything?
Sado turned and walked away everyone was healed as if nothing had happened.
Because I could, no more, no less. No one dies today Desmond.

Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. The ninja will focus chakra to their hands. This medical technique then enables the users chakra to transform into small, sharp blades. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular metal scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection (although it can also be used to cut the external tissues as well). The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands. The strength and effects of the technique are determined by how much chakra is put into it and how much skill and focus the user has in the technique. Its effects vary according to the targeted body though to cut through strong tissues such as bone, great skill, focus and chakra is needed. The effect can be sustained while the user focuses chakra into it.

Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by focusing mainly Yang chakra onto their hands, forming an aura of greenish healing chakra which he then sends into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or deal with poisons or toxins, though it can heal its damage. Additionally, perhaps its more severe drawback is the chakra cost, which, as the technique stands as a jack of all trades in terms of medical ninjutsu, is much higher than any other medical technique. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for X amount of damage the user needs to spend 2X amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time or while using another technique with the other hand. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant, specially in internal injuries.
