Alrighty then, lets see. First I'm guessing you already understand the principles of Raiton so on and so fourth so I'll only explain what to do, you can get the rest simply by the properties of raiton and it's effects. First off, channel raiton chakra into your fingers and then stab them deeply into your opponent's body then release the raiton chakra into the opponent's body sending out a wave of electricity that shocks the opponent's organs with enough force to cause them to fail.

After listening to Howard's description I start by gathering my Raiton chakra.I then channel this chakra into my fingers,down to the tip of them.I can then strike the opponent with my electrical charged fingers,through them,into their body.This then sends an electrical wave from my fingers into the opponent,thus shocking their internal organs causing them to collapse.

Gather chakra into your fist then punch releasing it into several condensed orbs of chakra. GO!
(Ninpou: Dangan Renda) - Ninjutsu: Bullet Barrage

Description: The user begins by gathering a decent amount of chakra into their palm clutching their hand tightly into a firm fist. Then while performing a punching motion the user releases the vast amount of chakra compressing it through shape manipulation into multiple small dense clusters of chakra that shoot outwards towards the opponent or opponents. These small dense clusters are released all at once and create a widespread burst of chakra bullets that can attack multiple opponents head on. Due to the compression and manipulation of the chakra bullets as they are released the chakra is on par with jutsu that go through form manipulation. These chakra bullets have enough force to break multiple bones such as ribs and do some internal damage such as bruise internal organs and throw the opponent/opponents back a bit but is in no way fatal. Only ten bullets of chakra can be made from this jutsu and they reach out to Mid Range at max. Each bullet is about 5 inches in diameter.
Notes:
-One set of ten bullets can be released from one hand, or two sets of five from both hands
-No other basic ninjutsu the turn this is used
-Can be used thrice

Dean starts by gathering a great amount of chakra in his right hand,in the form of a fist.He then punches forward,releasing multiple orbs of chakra.These orbs are highly dense,and upon impact they can break bones and cause internal damage.

-The user performs the Dog -> Rat -> Ox handseals and greatly manipulates his Katon chakra.The user uses shape manipulation to form multiple (6) "swords" made of Fire that hovers above the user. With a simple hand gesture,the user can send and control these swords to move towards the enemy and impale them.Due to their heat,as they are practically pure fire that is greatly concentrated to a sword form,they would easily burn through the
opponent with ease.By performing the Snake handseal,the user is able to make these "swords" explode by easing the concentration
of the swords and allowing the to become just fire without form,creating a small explosion where the sword was impaled.
Note:The user can make up to 6 of these fire swords,and less,depending on the situation.

*I perform the hand seals and focus upon my katon chakra forming six large sword like constructs made of highly compressed fire. I then move my hands forward and they travel towards the tree skewering it as I perform the snake hand seal. This causes the swords to explode outward in a burst of flames catching the entire tree a flame.*
