If you went back in time when people inprisoned japanese people in the US because of Pearl Harbor, how would you argue that this is a bad idea?
Cus I honestly don't think I would have dared to say anything against it, even if I think it's wrong. People say it was cus they suspected spies or it was some response to all the horrible thing japan did during the attack.
All of those things seem to make sense, so it seems to make sense to imprison people, but at the same time I don't like it.
I think it's a similar situation to the reactions after 9/11 where people went to war in Irak and stuff and it's like was that really necessary? But then it's like you argue 9/11 doesn't matter if you are not ok with that.
