[Question] How would Luffy fight if he never ate the Gomu Gomu Fruit?

Just a short question after reading this thread

Does Luffy's DF grant him any more raw strength?
Would his punches be as powerfull if he did not have Gomu Gomu ?
Im wondering this for a while now , I'd like to think he is just a naturally physical monster even without df but im not sure
If he would use gear third to make his fist very large for example, I take it is more powerfull because it has a wider area of damage it could deal

His Haki would be better or he might have even ended up eating a different DF

Luffy is going to be scrawny/skinny till EOS.

I picture him to be atleast as tall as shanks and have Dragon or Rogers hair the long flowing type..
