Well, he can't name his kid "Itachi" if everyone thinks he's honoring a psychopath, that's for sure.

But, if they're moving onto the era of peace, why wouldn't Naruto reveal Itachi's secret? Maybe that way people will "realize their folly" and the rest of that cheesy talk.
