How well would curse seals work against Humans and non bijuu summonings?

Nah when these rods hit there target which is normally a bijuu the form chains to bind it. Naruto threw the rods back before the chains formed to grab him. The chains Kishuna and Karin use I believe are Uzumaki specific
Kushina and Karin's chains were said to be different right? Kind of weird ain't it?
But the curse mark that was used on hachibi are different than the rods that come from the gedo mazou. The gedo mazou was transforming into the juubi so I don't think he can use any Gedo techniques while it undergoes that process.

Karin and Kushina's chains are meant to bind tailed beasts. The Gedos chains are meant for the reabsorption of the tailed beast to create the Gedo. The rods used on Bee where a sealing jutsu designed for tailed beast that produces chains to bind/seal them but I may be wrong in my interpretation.

Yeah they are meant for that, but Karin's chains were seen being used as an attack against non bijuus which makes me wonder if kushina can do the same. The giant staff that was used to pin down bee is different from the gedo mazou one because the viz called it curse marks and it came from kamui dimension. If it was an outerpath rod it would've came straight from gedo mazou or his body, things from kamui dimension are just marked tools that he eject that he can use in battle.

Don't see why Kushina's couldn't they're the same jutsu. Yes, they are different but don't know about the outer path part as Nagato, Pein, and Madara are all seen producing outer path rods from their bodies in combat meaning they are linked to whoever is wielding Rinnegan/Sage abilities as Naruto is also shown to produce these. Going back on topic the definitely weren't outer path rods but seemed similar to various sealing techniques previously used on tailed beasted. For example, when Naruto fought Kurama or the sealing technique used to seal Kurama into Kushina.

Oh okay, now I see what you are talking about. So they maybe different types of chains but they have the same functions right?
Those outerpath rods are anybody that usually get synced by the statue because I don't think Rinnegan Sasuke can produce those things. Like Madara was using them when he met Obito in the cave and nagato got them after the statue forcibly impaled his back with them. So that's why they are able to release those receivers out of their body. But you already know that they are different types of chains, so that's great because I agree.

Don't forget naruto could use them and he was never attached to the statue unless you count bijuu chakra as an attachment

Naruto turned his tsb into a six path rod, which contains senjutsu in it. The one that came from the statue just looks like straight up black zetsu pieces or something.
So it looks similar but it's also different, kind of like the whole kushina and karin chakra chain aspect.
