It just a matter of Sasuke reading and beating this guy in close combat with one arm and his sharingan deactivated.

It's clear that Sasuke and Naruto are on a completely different league than anybody else in the series, but in close range a 3 tomoe sharingan should be able to predict other people's movements to the point where there's a parry.

Sasuke didn't move two steps and he outright toyed with this guy. You'd expect something more from a guy who has his sharingan activated to read/predict basic movements.

I dont want speculate much about this spin off but if Kishi just putting some random and fodder people to be a villain and get kill by Sasuke with simple slap on their face because he is to strong and above them

Its like watching a cartoon series for me. Or to be exact the series for laugh.

Given his feat of a meteor-busting chidori in the Last, are you really surprised? It'd be a disgrace if anybody other than a Rikkudo-level opponent could even compete with him in CQB sharingan or not. I suspect that they have hidden powers. They can't be a threat if they don't have something like kamui on their side, so they must have something up their sleeve (or an ancient device or something).

I think they have something that related to Kaguya and Sarada will be the catalyst or vessel for this power

He activated it after he saw uchiha crest, trying to see with his eye about this strange phenomenon, and he thought perhaps its a genjutsu or something, but he didn't use it in that two moves
