That's basically a huge spit to the face in my opinion.

Sasuke didn't need to inform naruto about this information, he basically pee'd on this guy.

all he did was try to wrap Sasuke up with a Chain, failed, and ran away

then Onion called Sasuke insanely strong when all he did was electrocute his chain /facepalm

It just a matter of Sasuke reading and beating this guy in close combat with one arm and his sharingan deactivated.

It's clear that Sasuke and Naruto are on a completely different league than anybody else in the series, but in close range a 3 tomoe sharingan should be able to predict other people's movements to the point where there's a parry.

Sasuke didn't move two steps and he outright toyed with this guy. You'd expect something more from a guy who has his sharingan activated to read/predict basic movements.
