You have Naruto getting "force impaled" by an ordinary sword while covered in his Chakra Cloak, and we have yet to see a single bijudama rasenshuriken used, but we have Sakura "Housemaid" Haruno blitzing the shit out of a guy with mangekyo sharingan embedded into his arms and skull giving him damn near 360° vision.

I think its safe to say shit is inconsistent.
